Stopped in to make a (lathe) deposit & sign signature card for NEW checking acct. There were 3 employees chatting together with NO customers. After 5 min or so they told us to make an appointment & come back another day! I went to a different bank.

BLOW AWAY BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE. Shame on you Chase. FORCED me to change my primary address because it was listed as non residential. I explained to them that I do not want anything mailed to my residential address because I am a renter and do not receive mail there. I gave them my paid mailbox service address instead. THEY DENIED ME SERVICE until I gave them a residential address and promised me profusely that I would not receive any mail at the residential address... BUT I DID. I’ve been receiving all of my bank correspondence at a mailbox I do not have access to sine they made this forceful and unethical change. CHASE BANK IS A LIAR. they did exactly what they promised they wouldn't. Myself and my entire family will be closing all of our accounts with Chase.

ATMs are always out of service and no one ever bothers to fix them. Update: ATM is still out of service.

This is my favorite branch. A little busier than others but lines move really fast. Everyone is really nice every time I have been there. It is a very convenient location next to Ralph's

Came in to open an account. First person in line and waited an hour just to be seen. Lucky for them I didn't haven enough time left on my lunch break to start over elsewhere.

Worst experience I've ever had at a bank. Staff is rude and unsure about policies. Every teller says different things and the managers don't care to explain anything. 1000% worth it to drive 3 extra miles to the next closest chase.
