Chase Bank Sweetwater Rd, Spring Valley

This bank is Garbage I will never bank with Chase for the reason being that they mistreat their clients and act like the money is coming out of their pocket. Lie completely to your face about limits and restrictions it’s quite rediculous especially when the teller Manager gets nasty and childishly disrespectful with you and refuses to show professionalism.

Will NOT be doing business at this branch again. The teller behind the counter acted as if I was passing bad checks. They were business deposits for the company that I personally own. I have never been treated so poorly by any branch.

Had an issue with my checking account and Ricardo G. provided the absolute best service possible! Will 100% be coming back with any future issues!

Had an appointment to discuss/ get a mortgage loan at 12pm. I get called like 11:30am saying they were waiting for me even though it wasn't my schedule time; luckily I had the time in my hands to drive there and get there at 11:55. It so happens that Kreg wasn't even there. I wait another 30 min to only have a bank consultant come to me to say that Kreg wasn't able to make it and was on the phone to possibly reschedule for another day. How can this be possible?? I didn't bother to go again and just went to another bank.

I love this branch..! Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I feel as if they go out of their way to help me and make me feel like my little problems are important.

I like we're this Bank is located in spring valley. All the staff make sure your safe inside best bank that I've been using. If you guys don't have a chase account you should. Merry Christmas and Happy New year

Very poor customer service. 😡😡 Went to branch to have documents notarized. We were greeted and told to wait,one person in front us us, no problem. Waited 20 minutes before they explained to us they could not notarize our documents (2 notaries) because we needed more than 2 signatures notarized and needed an appointment??.. by this time no one else was there, totally empty..but they couldn't help us nor give us an appointment, they just couldnt / wouldn't help us. You would think they would at least provide us with an appointment. The person who greeted us would have been one of the notaries to help us out but supposedly she didn't know the policy, that when more than 2 signatures you need an appointment). Have been a customer for over 20 years and we have never had bad/very poor customer service until now. Thankfully, we went to another branch in Mission Valley, CA and Lori A.😁😁 was very helpful and provided very excellent customer service.

In this day & age of hard to find excellent service why is it that Ricardo always provides the most excellent customer service possible? Best branch service ever!
