Chase Bank Market Pl, Lake Stevens

I have gone here a few times this week for various reasons and every time the service is quick and super polite. I just had a few of the employees go out of their way telling me to have a nice day and it made me happy.

Robin is probably one of the sweetest people to help you out when changing your name, or helping you sign up for a credit card. She was so sweet about the whole process and walked my husband and I through benefits, as well as helping me with a name change. Definitely recommend working with her!

Chase Bank is a horrible Bank I recommend pulling it out and putting it in BECU

Reading the reviews and they are not good reviews I myself have found the ATM is in need of maintenance often and customer service needs to improve... I've worked in Banking and this Chase location needs to treat their customers better... I don't have an account there and never will...

Apparently, your not able to use the bathroom while banking here. Bathroom connected to common area, but for employees only. . .jerks. Oh, I'll add it was ok when my kids were with me last time. Seems like the policy is a bit out of whack

I came in because I lost my checkbook. Cameron was there at the counter and helped me instantly. This is a really good bank. Thanks guys!

TWO tellers said they ordered me a new debit card over a 2.5 week span, nothing was ever put in the system by either one. Completely useless branch. Plus customer service failed twice as well. Worst bank ever.

Currently there are zero working ATMs and there is a construction zone with the road blocked in front of the bank, no bank parking spots are open as they are cordened off for construction. Convenience factor zero on June, 4th 2019 Edit, I tried the drive up ATM again over 6 hours from my first visit. ATMs still non functioning and the construction workers have taken the parking spots closet to the bank and the truck and trailer are still parked in the driving lane. Apparently customer service is not much of a priority.

I visited this branch because I needed to cash a Chase cashier check, this establishment claimed that I needed to open a business account in order to cash the check because in addition to my name being on the check it said Automotive so to them that "seemed" to be a cashiers check written out to a business so chase refused to cash it, well I didn't believe it so I visited another chase branch, sure enough apparently they were wrong, cost me extra 40 minutes of commuting but they simply asked if this was a business, I said no... They cashed it. One of the many reasons I quit chase after many years of being a member because their employees judgement is the law. NOTTTTT

I have asked many times for info on Debit and Credit card processing for my business and nothing. Then after complaining I get a call for some guy who sounds like he is in a bar telling me he will "send that info right over" Well I get home 5 hours later and do I see an E-mail. NO Nothing. Once again they just don't respect small business. I will be going someplace else.
