There are times when money cannot buy everything and its the relationships which goes longer.. I just cant thank enough Mrs. Hala at this branch who has shown consistent efforts , patience and followups in helping some of my recent milestones financially.. Great team to work with at this branch

Horrible, I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and I had a worst experience there today. They counted my money wrong! So when I noticed I had went Back and they said they cannot refund because I had left the premises with the money and they are going to need the exact money that was taken from them, which were no longer in my possession because I already spend it all on my bill. I gave them money from the chase envelope thinking I’m giving )680 but instead the lady said it was only 660. So where did my money go? Heaven? Smh anyways! Your better off!!!

Worst service!!! you will find bankers sitting idle but not taking clients. It doesn't apply to all but there are just 1 or 2 bankers which can be excluded. The worst part is, if you go to the bank at 5: 30 PM then they purposely does not take clients as they may need to stay couple of minutes late. It seems to be a common problem with CHASE. The other banks like PNC respect their clients and treat them in much better manner.

Rude. I brought cash to put in my account. They wouldn't accept it because my license had expired. Yet... They had just done a deposit yesterday. Very inconsistent and makes no sense. How does a bank not want your cash?

Use this branch and the staff are all great ! They are friendly and help as much as they can. Got to know a few of them and get sad when One leaves or transfers out !

My debit card numbers were stolen the summer of 2015, went here immediately and got the money that was stolen replaced (including an overdraft fee) within 5 minutes of being there, along with a temporary debit card, my old one disabled and all questions/concerns answered and taken care of, which trust me I asked plenty of. Awesome staff, knowledgeable about anything I've ever needed to know.

0.01% APY on a Savings Account. What a joke. Their idea of customer service is reaching out to a long-time customer for the first time 10 minutes before they close for business on a Friday afternoon, only after I made a wire transfer to another bank.

Been 15 days without a card, reported false activity on my account, was credited, then the credit was taken away. Still do not have my card and am out a bunch of money because Chase will not do anything about it. Taking my money out of my account and my fiance's account and closing our accounts.

Newer people here don’t understand customer service very rude in how they speak only reason to go here is Hala she is part of the old guard that used to run this branch and she is the most amazing person/banker new people here are just gonna deter business you hate to see it
