Bad attention, I made an appointment for an hour and I arrived and they did not attend me until an hour later. They better not force appointments.

How is it possible that you show up at 9pm, to make a transaction and you can't even go into the parking lot because it is full. Corporate really needs to look into this because its full with no one at the bank. I give this bank rating a 1 star as I already see another person complaining about the same issue two months ago and this continues. Don't care who is in charge get it fixed.

Cannot go in under the pandemic but still can make arrangement on call and drive through to pick up the documents. A long line to wait but has enough space around the bank in this compact neighborhood

A small Chase bank with 2 ATMs outside & another one inside. This branch also provides drive through services, has parking spaces and with friendly employees helping customers.

I came Sunday night to use the ATM. Couldn’t find a parking spot because the parking area was full but no one at the bank. So unfair because it supposed to be for customers only.

The rep I attempted to set up a business account with was unaware of the proper process with all LLC members not present. Leading to multiple visits that were a complete waste of time for multiple people. I do not recommend you set up an account at this branch.

Have to say the banker who goes by the name of Dora was very professional , she handled my situation perfect and I will be banking with this branch from now on . Very professional, very helpful . Thank you so much for opening my account!!!!

Terrible drive through service. Takes 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The only chase in town has 3 ATM's (1 inside the bank that's locked up after hours). Long lines to use the atm. Be prepared to be here 15 mins during peak hours or if using drive through

Staff is great..... No parking space. They closed the big chase on the main ave and now the whole town comes here and its too small.
