I waited 45 minutes for them to figure out a wire transfer I needed to make to a bank 5 hours away for a home purchase. After they made no progress I told them to just give me a cashier's check and I'll drive it there, because their incompetence left me uncertain they'd actually make the transfer. They are openly indifferent to customer needs. I'll be moving all of my accounts to a different bank.

The manager was very accommodating to my needs, however was very quick to share her judgement on my decision to not wear a mask in public now that the local mandate has been lifted in our area.

The best Chase bank branch, I have ever visited in the last 10yrs. Every one in the brach are so professional and helpful.

The personal banker - Chris Rudolph - is condescending and a complete jerk. I am an international student and came to Chase to create a account for my expenses. He pressurized me to create a checking account that would cost be 6 bucks a month and then later, I found out that that the account could not receive wire transfers - necessary for an international student. He pretended he told me that and then offered to convert my account to one that can receive international wire transfers. Turns out- u cant convert an account. He later called me saying I would need to come in and create a new account. He is incompetent and does not know the details of the account he is selling. He does not own up to mistakes and is sneaky and dishonest. I am sure Chase is a great bank but please avoid Chris as a personal banker. You will regret working with him, especially as an international student.

The machine to access the ATM’s after hours consistently does not work
