Chase Bank Reviews

I live in Cedarburg and drive down especially to use this bank. I have always had the kindest and most professional tellers. I recently had an issue where my car was totaled and I had to wait a bit for my insurance check. While waiting for a check, I found a car that I was anxious to buy but had to wait until my check cleared at Chase. After 48 hours, my check was still not cleared. I called Chase and they were so helpful in getting me connected with corporate, they gave me the number and extension to resolve my issue. On more than one occasion I have been in contact with... Eric? Derick? Mark? Sorry, I will edit with his name after my next visit! At any rate, he is wonderful. Very talkative and engaging while he processes my deposits and payments. I appreciate his positive demeanor when doing something tedious like going to the bank.

Rude lady (manager?) if you’re at the tellers her desk is on the floor to the left. She came up and forced me to wear a mask. She stopped her transaction and interrupted mine rudely to do so. I have a medical condition which is why I don’t wear one.

I would like to commend Ms Linda Grady for her patience and compassion for others, I was having problems with my account, she worked with me until the problems were completed resolved ,the patience she demonstrated is very rare in today's society. Thank you again.

Very helpful employees who are knowledgeable about their business. Policies are good, service is fast, and workers are polite and accommodating when you request something. There's been a few times where a certain employee has messed up my money transfers pretty bad. Thankfully it was remedied, but yikes! I haven't seen that specific employee in a while though, so maybe she doesn't work here anymore.

Christon is the best. This is a great Bank for veterans. As a retired Executive Vice President serving Veterans for 47 years it was important that we found a place that we felt comfortable depositing our financial retirement funds. It was obvious from the beginning that we came to the right place. Try it you will like it! In our opinion they are big enough to accommodate the major depositor yet small enough to satisfy the modest depositor. Disappointed with a reoccurring problem with ATM unable to dispense cash at most locations. This in turn forces me to go inside facilities and wait long periods of time (usually one teller) or wait in drive thru for extended periods of time. Bankers are to busy on computers to even offer any assistance. Customer service for a multi million dollar company has always been lacking for as long as I can remember. I would strongly advise people to shop around and research financial institutions before banking with them. Thank you for your time in reading this review.

The people at this branch of JPMorganChase bank are exemplary. They are so nice and helpful, I look forward to dealing with them any chance I get. If you find yourself in this branch, ask for Anthony R. Edwards, an Officer and Private Client Banker who will go out of his way to help you set up an account, or do any other financial transactions you wish. Just like everyone else here, Anthony assisted me with the most friendly and prompt service I’ve received at a bank. He set me up with the perfect checking and savings accounts for my small business, and included a generous bonus for signing up. My experience here couldn’t have been better.

Been a longtime customer with Chase and have visited many branches. They're always courteous and willing to assist. I've recently started coin roll hunting and even as I bring in large amounts of rolled coins, they're still very pleasant to work with.

I recently received my new debit card in the mail but the pin number was not working while trying to make purchases. I went into the branch and spoke to a woman who was a manager. She kept telling me it was my fault, that I was entering the pin wrong. I told her I was literally holding the piece of mail and entering the pin number off of it at the store and it still didn't work at 3 different places. She resets my pin, hands me a post it note and tells me to write my new pin number down and says "Now you won't forget your pin." Talk about terrible, condescending service.

Nice, friendly Staff. It happened to get great service from Linda Grady, when she heard about a small payment issue, she was able to help all the details from pulling unknown account numbers, filling deposit and withdraw forms and getting money etc... What a great service !
