    There is a lady with long blonde hair that was working while I was waiting in line and she had a massive attitude so I left. She was being rude to her co worker that was working the front desk. Do not recommend going to her. Learn good customer service ma’am.

    Ron is honestly the best, kind hearted banker I have ever dealt with. He is always understanding of hardships we all encounter, especially now. He has always gone above and beyond to help me with my account as well as explain how certain things work.

    Staff is rude and not helpful. Disorganized as well, each teller gives you different information. They don’t want you coming into the bank to make deposits. Save yourself the hassle and use the ATM or online deposit.

    Stupidest bank ever, needs a ID to make a cash payment on vehicle. Money going in not out, doesn’t make sense, never ever will go banking here again.

    I’ve banked with chase for the last several years. Went in to just get some simple bank statements printed. They decided to help a customer that walked in after I did and told me it would be 20 minutes till they could do that.

    On June 10, I tried to withdraw $100 cash at the drive in ATM located at Chase Bank in Rocky River OH 44116. Problem is in using my Visa card ending in XXXX the machine whirred as if it was counting out 5 $20 bills BUT the machine said it could not perform the transaction at that time. I thought perhaps the ATM was out of money and tried a lesser amount of $40 which was dealt to me as is usually the case. I called the local Chase .. they suggested I call UBS (JP Morgan Chase) .. some operator told me the ATMs are handled by separate company so I went through the instructions finally ending up with a woman who told me the matter was in the system and would resolve itself. I am not confident that will happen as my Account Activity in XX XXXXXX continues to show both transactions with two $3.00 fees refunded. In short, I am out $100 and sense this issue will be forgotten. That ATM should show an imbalance of $100 and I am frustrated with all the time lost trying to resolve this. Usually, that Chase Branch is fantastic but it seems this issue happened on their property and all banks are tied to Chase in some way. Pushing the issue off on an invisible third party is not good customer service.

    I went here to get help with an estate for which I am the executor. The banker insisted that I needed certain documents that I did not need. He apparently assumed, for some reason, the estate would be probated. Lots of wasted time and inaccurate information. I just went to a different branch. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would do so.

    Bank teller decided to not accept my cash deposit into MY OWN ACCOUNT under her discretion. I 100% believe it has to do with the way I look. (I called customer service and they said they should take my deposit no matter what, but each bank is different and can change accordingly) Also, while I was there, a couple was turned away to set up a savings account because the banker “had an appointment” coming in at that time, but he really left for lunch.... I am very upset with this Chase branch and WILL NOT be back. Thinking about switching banks altogether.

    Terrible service no one knows nothing the tellers nor the branch managers. They just give you the wrong number and tell you to call that number and they can help resolve the problem. That is what happened to me on 10/9/19 when I went in there to get answers about a payroll check that was issued to me and fraudulently cash. Out right pathetic.
