Chase Bank Foothill Blvd, La Verne

Ok so we loved and went back to Chase La Verne for brunch today so awesome we were welcomed back and had the best time! This place has it all normally I say to my husband I love this place it is top notch when it is of course lol today he said it to me! Hubby loved and had the special made Burning Mandarin Martini with jalapeño Stacie Bartender is a Supreme Bartender who a makes special drinks that truly are top notch and so she’s so sweet and then he tried her watermelon mint teeny but loved the 1st one so much & the Bloody Mary’s for sure! She recommended the grilled cheese brisket he was over the moon about it and I had the same amazing Crabcake Benedict we are definitely looking forward to going to dinner here and becoming regulars! We even met the owners Dori & Sean and told them how impressed we were with everything from top to bottom! Highly Recommend Chase La Verne for small medium and large gatherings it’s truly a favorite of ours 🥰

Went in to deposit a check and ask for help with my savings account. The teller told me she couldn’t help me and to sign in to see a banker. I did and waited for about 15 mins, during which I saw two bankers on their phones. The manager walked up to help me, but was condescending and not helpful. She encouraged me to “just use the atm.” Do not visit this branch for customer service.

Excellent Customer service... Kreseda Morales is soooo AwEsOMe!!! She's friendly and so patient in answering all my questions in opening a new account. Her magic fingers found a way to cash my check earlier then its original date. Thank you and God Bless you Kreseda.

Run!'Liars and Cheats"Don't use this bank they are dishonest and without honor. They took my check when I opened my account and then closed it a day later because they stated that I couldn't maintain my account. This after depositing $1000. They are going to send me a cashiers check 7 to 10 days later. What a bunch of dislikable liars. I hope that they get bought out and closed.

You’re Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have have been a chase small business customer for 10 years. 10 years!!! It’s impossible to make deposits in this branch. My employee made a deposit yesterday and the teller argued that my account was opened out of state. It was opened in Fontana! Did Fontana Secede from California and no one told me? Even so, Chase is national! Then the teller decides to hold the release of funds for 72 hours because of the “Holiday” so untrue! I called Chase business Customer service they said that perhaps she meant the branch would be closed for the holiday. Ok, then why the 62 hour hold? No answer....now I have to call Chase small business to have my account reviewed for a release prior to 72 hours. Small business owners, do not use the a La Verne one way or another your deposits will be difficult to manage. Go to another branch where they actually know how to deal with deposits. Thank you La Verne Chase Bank Branch. You have convinced me never to use your branch for deposits ever again and special thanks for being especially ridiculous. P.S. Fontana is in California. Let my money go!!

This ATM dispenses $5, $20, & $100 bills. But when the bank is closed, you have to use your ATM card to open the door. My bank didn't like that & shut down my card for 5 days!!!
