Chase Bank 19th St, Rancho Cucamonga

This is the worst chase I have been to in my life. Understaffed, staff they do have takes their breaks at the same time, poor poor service. I’ve been here many times and always the same. Hire some tellers, move the guy in the office back to Orange County to match his snotty demeanor, and hire a real branch manager.

Meh, it's a bank - what do you expect. I'm pretty satisfied with everything as a Chase customer except for the fact that they hit you with a "monthly service fee" of 12 bucks unless you have a direct deposit worth at least $500, or are able to maintain a minimum daily balance of +$1500. Usually not a problem. However, when the company I worked at closed its doors & I was laid off, EDD paid me $259/week for unemployment insurance, which went on to the BofA deadbeat card they give to people who are on gov't assistance (the one with a picture of Half-Dome @ Yosemite on it), which I setup to auto transfer to my Chase checking account, but this still was apparently not good enuf to meet the requirement for having the monthly service fee waived. Lame! 👎

They charger me 8 dollars for a money order I go to any other chase bank branch and they don’t charge me any fees for the money order never again with this location, they could of at least told me they gonna charge me a fee I could of have an option to decide if I want to continue with the money order smfh

The service is always incredibly friendly and helpful. My wife and I needed to open a checking & savings account, so we came here and we were given quick and personal service. Transactions with the tellers have been fast and pleasant. I am very happy to call this my bank.

was waiting outside with my bike and bag for the bank to open to make a cash deposit into my account and they called the cops on me thank goodness I don't have no wants or warrants

Now with their inside ATM, one can do faster transactions with ease.
