    Walked in to open an account. Was asked if I had an appointment I did not, was told they are not required but recommended. I asked to wait but that also was not an option because he was booked all day. No one to help open an account but there are 3 employees sitting behind the window staring at me because they had nothing better to do since the entire building was empty. Wonderful.

    WOW! Very impressed to have Debbie k Nelson personal banker help me out on a banking issue I had she really went above and beyond I want to thank you once again Debbie for taking the time and helping me out I believe every Banker should be like Debbie once again kudos!! And hope Debbie gets recognized for her great work thanks!!

    I have been to this branch more than once hopefully looking for help with my banking needs. Everytime I come in I get no help from the tellers. I called to set up an appointment to open a joint account as well as talk about rolling my 401 k into a ira. Before I could get to the 401k DEBBIE told me that I couldn't make an appointment. I've been with chase for over 10 years and this is some bad customer service for people who want your business.

    I admit that I have an older atm card, but I use it every day without problems. However every time I try using the atm machines at this chase branch, the machines-both drive thru and lobby- can never read my card. I contacted the branch months ago about it but never heard back from them. This branch is 2 blocks from my house, but I have to drive to a different branch farther away simply to take out money. Someone in the lobby once told me that getting it to work takes 'finesse'. I shouldn't have to learn how to finesse the card reader. It's apparent other people have this problem. The branch should just keep their customers happy and fix their atm machines.

    The notary, older woman which works at this locations has the most horrible attitude I have ever come across in my life. The last time I needed docs notarized there was a couple livid because she had been rude to them and directly disrespectful towards their children. My experience was no better she is arrogant undermining and rude. Unfortunately my husband had to stop by today and began to tell me how bad his experience was with the same woman. Hardly a person with any customer service skills whatsoever. I am surprised after many complains she is still employed. Absolutely avoid this location their atms are always broken and tellers not trained well to top it off.

    Do Not use the outside Drive Thru ATM for deposits. I Took $300 out one account and deposited that same stack back into the machine for another account and the ATM showed $280 for deposit one item will be returned. It never gave it back to me. It ripped me off $20!!! I know its only $20 but how many times has this happened, branch inside is closed plus I'm sure its going to be a real joy after work tomorrow to try and get my $20 dollars back explaining the situation.

    I go out of my way to go to this specific Chase bank because it has always been a great experience. However I will no longer be going to this Chase bank because of how I was treated after I attempted to cash a savings bond with this bank. I was told as long as I add my wife on my account she can cash it. However they refused to cash it due to her maiden name. We provided several forms of identification to these people that contain my wife's social and picture ID. However all I got was " you need to get this bond re-issued" so after leaving the store I go to the treasury website and it specifically states "no issue needed" under the maiden name category, to just sign your maiden name along with your married name. As we left Chase I called their branch to have them do something about the stamp that the teller put on it, stating that we cashed it. I spoke to a DEBBIE who put me on hold to talk to the teller who was assisting me, after about 5 mins she answered the phone again, I told her that she had me on hold, she then asked if she could get my number to have him call me back. I told her no I need to get this done. She then responded very rudely " well then you're just gonna have to wait", then shortly after the line hung up. This bank is going against the website they reffered me too. That doesn't make any sense. I'm very upset very flustered and no help was offered whatsoever. I will be closing my account solely on this 1 experience.

    Debbie this older lady was very disrespectful ,she did not answer my questions how they were supposed to be answered. She seemed racist asking if my license was real. I tried opening a credit card and I had questions and she was just rude about everything I never hope bad and people but she really needs to be fired.

    My son and I go to this location once a week. The staff is always friendly from greeting you as soon as you walk in the door to managing our transactions quickly. Great customer service.
