Chase Bank Nassau St, Princeton

I am waiting on the phone for more then one hour and listening to silly music. They frozen bank account due to suspicious activity and I get it but no business can afford to have account frozen for more then five minutes from the time they need it.

Good customer service when I opened my checking and credit accounts!

Three concerns: 1. No one answered the phone 2. The branch manager was rude 3. The Indian lady constantly pushing to speak with their investment banker.

No cues at all. I was served by Stephen, who was knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful and totally friendly! I felt very welcome and valued!

How does a bank NOT maintain there drive through teller. Three times I have tried to use the outside teller only to find it out of order. Why was this facility built if they were not going to make sure it worked properly inside and out. Time to find a different bank.

It seems this branch has all stars of review. I would say it's mostly because the service in this branch totally depends on who serves you. On the good side, the agent Michael does a fantastic job making me feel well served. The manager also knows what he is doing and hence can typically answer my questions quickly. On the contrary, the tellers there are not quite well trained. Specifically, an Indian-looking lady has such a bad attitude that I no longer want to step into the branch.

I'm from the area and frequent Princeton. I also belong to chase bank. Recently, I went in here to grab a roll of quarters for the meter. There was 3 people ahead of me in line that required long transactions. I asked the guy if he could grab me a roll real quick because I had a 10 in my hand and he says "1 second". well, actuallly he had me waiting in line till everyone else was done(10 minutes) JUST to get me my roll of quarters. It took him a TOTAL of 15 seconds to process my transaction and I'm overestimating. I understand the whole waiting in line aspect but the LEAST he could have done for everyone in line as well, was to call someone up to help. Or even work a little faster. I swear, this guy did not even know what work was. He was working slower than a turtle from the old xfinity commercials! I bank with Chase at various locations and this was the worst service I have received. I will never come back here for anything. And if I need a roll of quarters, I'll go to the PNC down the street!

Excellent service. In this branch, the employees have the knowledge of each product the chase is offering. Very friendly environment.
