Chase Bank N County Rd, Odessa

After being frustrated yesterday, I drive an hour and a half to this bank to attempt to cash a check they said they couldn’t guarantee they could cash. Well, not only did they cash my check but I also wasn’t charged a fee. Kudos! And they’re pretty forgiving too. Super friendly.

Waited in lobby for 35 minutes for someone to help me open a new account, only for someone to tell me they can't help open a new account till next week... this Chase location has always been bad with customers.smh

The absolute WORST bank. We tried to cash a check from our insurance at the 42nd st location, first we were told we had to make an account, so we waited. Then after an hour we were told that "the person who could assist us was no longer available." So we went to this bank the following day. They assisted us in making the account but lied about when the money would be available. We were told it would be available on Monday, it is now Tuesday and we were told it would be available tomorrow. Every single time we talk to someone we get a different story, a different explanation and still leave or hang up with our issues or questions unresolved. As soon as the check clears we will close this account and hope to never deal with these idiots again.

Had a valid ID and I go every other Friday using it and they denied it saying its not valid. But they were to lazy to hold it to the light and verify the water mark. Mind you I've been here 5 times before no problem.

Drive through will take 15-20min per vehicle so if you don’t have 1-1:30hr to burn waiting then don’t go to this branch drive through!!

I was scared to come here because of all the reviews but it actually wasn't that bad. The lady helped me within 5mins of me walking in. She was very friendly and efficient to help me with my situation. I'm overall happy with my experience 🙂

ATMs out of money or service frequently nearly always. I don't recommend Chase Bank anywhere in Odessa or Midland for this reason.

The worst!!!Yesterday I went to pull 500 from the atm.. it asked all the questions then went back to main screen.. I tried to pull lower amount and said denied.. that time it printed me a reciept.. I called my bank and sure enough it showed 503.00 pending .. the atm are known to do that there.. I wouldn't ever go back to this place. They said they couldn't help me.. I called my other bank and said it could take up up to 90 days to get my money if I even do.. i also bank with chase but now I feel like I'm gonna leave them after this! Im making reports to see uf they are fraud.

Came in on Tuesday to set up a new account, was told there would be a 30 minute wait that there would be two bankers tomorrow. Came in today and I'm being told they are only taking appointments and none are open until next week. She also claims not remembering me and not telling about the two bankers, pretty much calling me a liar. Someone owes me gas money and wasted time.

Worst Location Ever! For it being one of the Richest Bank please invest some of the Fees you take into upgrading & Customer Service for your employees.
