Chase Bank Salvio St, Concord

Chase has been my bank since Washington Mutual go absorbed. Chase service in the bank is good but not great. I was a little miffed that they closed a nearby branch with price of gas so high.

I will start by saying my experience here is typically good and satisfactory. Today I was not allowed to make a cash deposit due to the "vault being at capacity." Employee said this could be due to many persons making deposits on the first days of the month. Today is Friday March 12th 2021 and I was really hoping to take care of a simple deposit. I hope the vault capacity gets managed in a more streamline way as to handle peoples money.

I am shocked to read a bad report about this bank. Actually I was just looking up the managers name because I want to write it on the box of chocolate cake I baked for him and his people. I love this bank and especially the manager, Richard Zodikoff. So very helpful to me. Sharon Beck

Terrible service they have no idea what’s that mean “good customer service “I had baking with chase since used to be Washington mutual Now I’m going to move to another bank learn how to treat nice your customers

They have a really bad management I was wait like 30 minutes and now one is talk to me

The standard of this particular branch is very low. To say the employees are aloof is a understatement. Competence is not a requirement here either is honoring appointments or scheduling correct date for appointments. I will be taking my money to capital one and advise anyone who values their time to do the same.

I went there to report unauthorized charge , the lobby adopter didn’t give me a chance to speak with a banker , she said I can dispute it from the app when I clearly said I have fraud on my account, so technically I can’t do that on the app !!!!it has been almost a week since I went to the branch, and I can’t reach customer service, I call every day there is long wait which I understand it’s normal but for some reason I get disconnected before I get help , I can’t believe this is chase now , it’s a disaster, no customer loyalty at all , forgot to mention that I worked for chase and it was was great experience , I would always go above and beyond to help client that walk in the door even with simplest transactions.but the employee that did lobby that day clearly doesn’t care much about work ethics nor customer service for her it’s just a paycheck at the end of the day .

Seemingly busy, but they get through their customers fast. Adequate parking, nice surrounds and scenary on the wait. Good amount of ATMs for the quick pull or deposit.

I honestly have been banking for chase so many years. The managers are so rude and not helpful! I am going to switch bank soon!

Always busy, be prepared to wait. Friendly staff.
