Chase Bank Spout Springs Rd, Flowery Branch

Your credit card has declined me 8 times in three weeks ? Shut my card off While I was on the phone with them. Waited 7 days for new card went back to the liquor store and was declined again for $2400 that's over $14,000 in two weeks because of there Fraud department The only fraud is Chase Bank Absolutely disgusting customer service , Take your time and your money to a real bank You will highly regret coming here Not to mention they're very proud of their stupidity You will receive no accountability at this bank they will also hold your payments! Corporate called.and said there's not a dam thing they can do about it because of there no accountability they blamed there Algorithm? computer? who knows? they refuse to adjust to your spending level and payment history and a soft pull they want you to waste a hard pull on a old line of credit ?

Came in today to make some changes to multiple accounts. Currently in the middle of a difficult life change and Megan Morales was so kind and helpful. Wonderful customer experience!

I have moved to NE Georgia from Florida where there were abundant Chase Banks. I needed to talk with a Wealth Management representative to establish some contact in order to get an appointment. The recorded response I got was that they were too busy to answer the phone and I should call back at a later time. I live about an hour away from the nearest bank so I will have to look for another more business like bank.

I was at the bank today.and I just want to say I left that bank feeling worse than I went in. Please to all those who worked there today.especially the lady at the counter.be kind ,nice and respectful to those who come in because that's how you get your blessings back to you.ill be back again and please be kind to me .

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have been a Chase customer for many years, and this is by far the WORST branch to do business and personal account relations with. Every time I have been here, they are rude and hasty, and most of the time, unable to solve my problem. I always have to end up going to the Dacula branch to get my issues resolved. Today, I came into the branch with a fraud emergency (Chase had told me on the phone to visit a brick and mortar branch to prove my ID) and the man working the teller counter was incredibly rude. If I had not visited so many other branches that are incredibly hospitable and professional, and had to base my opinion solely on this branch, I would run like hell from doing any business with this branch. The banker, Tristan, is their only saving grace! UPDATE 5/7/18: This Branch is still horrible. I’ve been sitting in the business lane of the drive thru for 14 minutes now. Please get a better team at this branch, as it is the only one close enough and I do love Chase as a bank, in general.

Second visit to this branch since moving to the area. Last time, I came to inquire about a CD ladder but no one was available nor did anyone ever call me back. (I went and opened an account elsewhere instead.)This time it was a deposit. Their music station was cutting in and out about every 2-3 seconds, very annoying. All the customers in the lobby were commenting, but the banker just said they were used to it. Never mind us customers? Is no one in charge here???

Wish I could give them zero stars... three different attempts to open an account at this branch. You can't walk in and open, you have to make an appointment....okay fine so did that. Less than one hour from appointment time I get a call saying they needed to reschedule again. I guess they have enough customer's and don't need any new ones. Terrible terrible terrible customer service from this branch!

Did a great job for me. Victoria and Megan are super awesome, very friendly and efficient. Bank as a whole is understaffed, it can be a bit of a wait with usually only one teller, and don't even think about calling, the phones are seldom answered. Weekly remote deposit limits are too low. Overall, best banking experience i have had, both business and personal banking.

I have been going to this chase for about two years, and every single experience had been noteworthy. The poor banker that I normally harass, Tristan, is so wonderful and sulking to help. I recieve the same amount of customer service whether I have $0.13 in my account as I do when I have much more. I just got off the phone with a manager there, and he handled my terrible attitude (which I am ashamed of) with grace and addressed the issue. Anyone in the area looking to open an account should, without hesitation, visit this specific branch first. Thank you for the excellent service!

Very nice bank, they have free coffee, I would add convenient however there needs to be some in South Carolina, helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. Did I mention they are friendly?!?! Relaxing atmosphere and quickly responds to their customers. Thank you Chase Bank for being the bank you are!
