Chase Bank Nw 7th Ave, Miami

Everytime I come to this agency... I walk away disappointed....Today wasn't an exception... I tried to open an Account for my baby and... as usual... these Bankers are so Incompetent...one of them... a short woman....told me ....There's not attention if not an appointment ... then....yes they can.... underestimating my presence....then I just dumped CHASE INVITATIONS to join.... THANKS GOD WELLS FARGO IS COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY....

Their drive thru ATMs are either not working, being serviced, or dont have cash to dispense. Their walk up ATMs have the same problems and are in the full sun. To top it off, the ATM hours are 7-7 only.

They do not have a 24 hour atm. 4 atms at this location and all are nonfunctional after 7pm.

when i was there i yesterday 5/23/19 i witnessed an elderly couple who wasn't given any attention to any of the workers leaving the bank. one of the workers, a heavy set black woman, asked if they were leaving. they replied they were because no one even bothered to help after waiting for so long. the woman simply said "ok! bye" without offering to assist them. very unprofessional and very rude. i felt awful for them.

Great service and staff is very friendly. 100% FREE accounts for military veterans. Very low interest rates for car loans. Love this bank !!

I don’t understand how this chase atm is always down even before 7pm. They need to keep the atm access for people who need to take out money or deposit a check who doesn’t need the bank to be open. This Is horrible. They need to fix this

Just horrible service!!!!! The Reps have no idea what they’re doing at all, especially Cynthia! I was hoping to go to my go to “Aritha” but the security guard told me she was demoted and I have no idea why because she was honestly the best help they have at this location as well as Elizabeth. But everyone else has no damn clue what they’re doing! Definitely taking this complaint further.

You are better off going to a different Chase branch. Waited 40 minutes just for a bank stamp, something so simple. Very unprofessional as the lady in the front took the form immediately from me instead of sitting with me at a cubicle to get it finish.

I always dread visiting the bank, however, an exceptional young man named Henry Gonzalez made the experience worthwhile. His welcoming presence and comedic approach is truly memorable . He deserves a pay raise .

I really enjoy 😉 being a chase customer the banking system is so easy . No need of long waiting basically I don’t used human and this I really enjoy 😉. Chase for ever
