This particular branch lost a long time patron today. I had some fraudulent activity on my account due to someone getting ahold of my debit card number. This branch used to close at 6pm. I got there at 10 after 5 on a Friday I might add and the doors were closed and locked. I wanted to talk to someone as well as deposit my check and get some money since my card had been shut off. They proceeded to laugh at me and offer no assistance. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant

I'm not one who normally rates places and gives reviews but this branch really deserves the review! I went in yesterday and there was an issue with my account so I couldn't get what I needed. I had 3 people in front of the computer trying to figure out how to help me. They ended up figuring out a way to help me and told me if there was any problems to come back to them. Well today a check still wasn't showing on my side. The same 3 people were there and helped me once again! They got the check to be available within a couple hours of talking to them today! Mo and Nelson and this other lady ( not sure if her name) really were amazing, helpful, understanding, and efficient! If I could give the 3 of them 10 stars I would! I will continue using this branch. They are amazing workers there!

The longest wait time I've ever had in a chase bank. 45 mins wait to do a wire transfer, absolutely ridiculous and it dosen't look that busy at the branch.

Great service from Customer Service and banker Mark. A I recommend him with any financial need. The bankers are very clear about the expectation/rules/penalties are every time I open a new account. Called ahead and got in contact with Customer Service immediately. 10 minutes later, dropped into the bank during closing time and I was helped immediately, cordially, and professionally. Thumbs up. It's a huge branch location, too.

Wish I could give zero stars... 5 days after opening a checking account... chase closed it for no reason.... had close to $500 of my money and said a check would be in the mail in 3-5 days.... no explanation of closure!! 5 days later no check.... spent over 8 hours on hold.... Worst Bank Ever!! .... on hold once again 3 days later because still no check.... 30 min and counting....

I visited the bank recently to check on one my accounts. The representative, Emina, welcomed me warmly and invited me to her office. Emina was courteous, professional, and genuine. I highly recommend her to clients.

Really good bank. Typically short wait time, if any at all. Clean, efficient, courteous, reliable. Everything I'm looking for in a bank.

Arrived to open a student account at 1750h. Was told to come back tomorrow since they close in 7 minutes. Disappointed, but Maybe it was just the wrong day. At least she told us that with a smile.
