Chase Bank Rosecrans Ave, La Mirada

This bank is managed very well. The employees are courteous and seem to work well together. I rarely need to wait long to see a teller but the personal bankers can take a while, don't take appointments. The manager, Kacey, is very understanding and helped our family spot and correct a fraud problem with our elderly parents. She gave excellent suggestions on how to protect their accounts. Her personalized service is a rare commodity in today's banking world. She never fails to greet me even when busy with other employees.

Poor customer service in combination with machines replacing tellers inside the bank causes me to rethink who I will bank with. ..I will definitely move my accounts to a different bank.

Called and connected to the voice mail that basically said that we are to busy to speak with you and "call back in a few minutes". So I did. Same thing. I understand busy times, but I never tell my customers to call back when I have more time. That just tells them to go somewhere else.This makes being placed on hold seem acceptable! I am thinking just to go visit them and close the account!

These idiots never awnser the phone. I even called while inside and starred at a branch rep that was doing absolulty nothing. Yet the voice machine says they are all busy.

I've never had a bad experience here. It's always clean and the staff is always quite friendly

They could be more helpful! Need more staff (during the peak hours) at the branch.

The hostess seem to always be new and so clueless.
