Chase Bank Sepulveda Blvd, Harbor City

Walked in to make a simple update to my account. 3 guys over the desk were available, yet all refused to service because it was 35 min before the closure. Bank of America helped with the exact same request in 10min. Chase - shame on you. Poor customer service with lazy boys.

Save yourself time and head on down to the other chase bank located on Sepulveda and Main.

This bank sucks....I would like to name it as a snail bank. They have no consideration for the customer or their time. If you want to visit this bank and speak to their representative, be ready to spend at least 3 hours for any simple thing. Also, if you make them aware of your displeasure, they don't give a damn. i rather drive another mile to visit a different location. I am considering shutting my bank account with chase.

Wouldn't recommend going to this branch. I order new debit card with a 2 day business rush and they never did order it. Now I'm backed up on my car note, mortgage payment is coming up and thanks to their unprofessional service I'll be stuck with a late fee that chase got me into. Thanks a lot guy's 👍🏼

The slowest bank I've ever been to in my life. Terrible experience. Very very very( I can not stress this enough) very slow. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Dominique was very very helpful! She was quick and prompt in helping me out. But before that, it was frustratting before talking to her because the other staff didn't bother helping anyone out 10 minutes before they left the bank (This was on 09/08/2018 around 4:30 PM) waited for so long and can see these people just idling on their computers doing who knows what. I can understand that its getting at the end of the day but there is also a responsibility to do your job until the shift is over. Regardless, not a good branch to go to compared to other Chase banks around.

Unhelpful Staff with Unfriendly Faces. Having a person greet you at the door with smiley face does not take away the fact that the staff sitting in the cubicles are helpful or if they even know what they are doing. Top that with a totally unhelpful Worst branch ever. I went to get a notary done, Donna said she can't do it for a business. I went to another branch of Chase, they did it happily. Long wait periods is another minus

They help me with out an appointment to open a checking account like at the other Chase bank they don’t want to help me because I don’t have an appointment

Poor customer services ,very rude banker also they don’t know anything about the law even if you have a million dollars they don’t care

Another understaffed Chase bank. When will this company start thinking of their customers and staffers? The wait times and resulting customer service are unacceptable.
