Chase Bank Belle Chasse Hwy, Gretna

Currently waiting at our 5th Chase Bank to open a child's savings account. Absolutely, the worst banking experience. Customer Service is horrible. Personal Bankers are not available.

Really bad customer service!!! I have two weeks trying to open an account but every-time I come they say that the person that was supposed to help me had to leave.

Chase on Belle Chase highway in Gretna is AWESOME. 24/7 open indoor ATM. ONLY small thing is if you have to speak to a teller,it takes FOREVER being there are only 2 available being they use machines as there primary use of service. Most of the time the machine can help you . If..IF not,hope you got 15-20 min you can spare to wate.

the 24/7 ATM really saved our lives! we were trapped in the rain and had to take cash out to get our car fixed and chase was there for us!

I have to post a negative review of this lousy bank. On november 06 I paid off a car loan that I cosigned for my daughter, today is November 27 and I am still waiting for the papers to change the name on the title to her name only. I called several times but could NOT get any answers to solve this problem over the phone forcing me to go to the bank and get answers in person.

Terrible customer service. The guy who helped us was terribley rude. He also informed we should not open another account with chase. We did not even get to discuss the business account we were going to open as well. Chase shouldn’t allow their employees to treat customers like they are an inconvenience. He didn’t exchange names with my husband and he did not seem like he wanted to help us or the gentleman in front of us. I am very disgusted and will not be returning to that branch.

After a frustrating night and morning of calls to Chase's 1-800 #, I called this branch, my local branch. Thank to Lawrence for telling me about the phone app. If one of the other 4 reps at the 1-800# had made this recommendation to me last night, it would have settled my account question and I would have gotten some sleep. Thank you, Lawrence.

Terrible customer service! Extremely long wait time. Sat in lobby over 30 minutes no one came to greet or help myself and other guest waiting. I finally left after waiting, yet still not being helped.

Rashad had the worst attitude and basically talked myself and another customer out of banking with chase.
