Chase Bank NJ, Flemington

Of I could give Chase zero starts I would. I deposited a check at the ATM. Apparently there was an ATM error and it froze my account. My account has been frozen for 4 days so far. I’ve been on the phone with their “customer service” for 4 days. Pathetic! Already opened an account elsewhere and when my account in unfrozen I will empty it!! I will never bank at Chase and recommend no one does. It can easily happen to you.

Not to talk about how poor their services. But I want to focus on this complaint. It’s about the fact that that is a cashless bank!!! Cashless bank! I walked in to get change for a 20 and I was told that this is a cashless bank to drive across town if I need to change. Completely unbelievable time to switch banks !

I wish I could leave less than one star. You have tellers that don't want to actually do their jobs they rather refer you to a machine. If I wanted to use a machine I would of just used the atm outside where I didn't have to interact with a rude employee

Had to drive across town to another branch to cash a check. They might as well just have an ATM at this site

Love this chase bank the ATM is nice you can get all the change you need only from the ATM

I just closed all my accounts with Chase after learning they are the main global funder of fossil fuels. CHASE, STOP FUNDING THE LINE 3 PIPELINE! Protect our water and forests; respect the rights of Indigenous Peoples; stop global destruction.

Stay away at all costs. If you EVER file a claim because your card was stolen, be prepared to be put on restriction status and not be able to touch any of your money. They won’t explain anything to you, either. They will gladly TAKE deposits, but make them sit there and won’t allow you to touch anything. Worst banking experience of our lives.

The customer service is less than acceptable. All he wanted to do was change my address to get ran around telling me they could not do it to go on the website. I went on the website they told me to go into the branch. Training is important management should understand that

Very disappointed with the service that I received today. I have been banking with chase for 10 years and NEVER have I been asked for Identification just to make change. I will not be going back here again!

Everyone at this branch is friendly and helpful. I drive out of my way to use them.
