Chase Bank Queens Blvd, Queens

I have been trying to call chase branch in Queens and every time I call there the phone automatically goes to tell me go the website. No option to call the branch is given and its very frustrating to go the branch and then find out they don't have that person today etc. chase should do better or they should not provide branch phone number if they are not going to allow customers to talk with a person in the branch.

Never returning here again, the bank teller discriminated against me. Went in for the first time to this branch, bank was completely empty. I asked the teller to help me fill out the deposit slip, she refused and was extremely rude. When I insisted a few more times, she still refused and told me to figure it out. I mentioned that other Chase branches will do it, she said, "Well, I do it to other customers that I know as a courtesy, but I won't do it for you". I asked if she can extend me the same courtesy, she said "No, i will not.". Discrimination plain and simple. This bank chooses how to treat you based on the way you look and who you are. Don't waste your time here. If you're wondering why the Chase bank on 108th Street in Queens closed down, now you know the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. You should start treating all of your customers the same. Very surprised as to how Chase treated me even after I insisted that the teller help me. Terrible customer service, rude staff and I won't return here since they treat everyone differently.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but this location is basically a homeless shelter. I oftentimes walk by in the mornings and there’s homeless people and trash everywhere. How is someone supposed to feel safe and comfortable going into this location??

I had set up an appointment and then when I arrived they told me the manager was not there and they could not help me. It was frustrating because I used the Chase App and I had email confirmations and there were other managers that could help but they chose not to. Awful!!!!

3PM and the staff are gone lol, I guess I’ll open an account somewhere else

Several days ago I went to this Chase Branch for a transaction related to Government tax issue. The staffs helped me with all they can and finally the issue has been resolved. Thanks to great efforts from Kim Elizabeth, and the managers Simon and Rob.

Great personal service. The bank where everyone knows your name

NO ANSWER-UNDER-STAFFED SERVICE. Nobody answers the phone. I've tried for days. This branch and 71st. So, I contacted the main number, they cannot reach either branch and could not provide the info needed.. No other option or resolution provided accept that I should keep calling. Other banking institutes would accomodate my financial needs. Time for change.

Tamer, the branch manager, is super friendly and good at what he does. Definitely will visit again to sort any banking needs.

Very bad customer service, bad management, the bank with no money, homeless people sleeping, overnight on dirty floor inside the ATM partition. Not recommended.
