Chase Bank N Beverwyck Rd, Lake Hiawatha

I moved to Lake Hiawatha couple months ago. I never experienced bad customer service in so many years of being a Chase customer. They look so unhappy… I said good morning with a smile on my face and the girl just looked angry. Super unprofessional…unfortunately they probably don’t care but I won’t be coming back.

I have been having the best banking experience with this bank. Chase is the best in terms of their services, systems and security. And I found the staff in this branch as very helpful proactive and going over the line to make my experience better, every time I visit them. Definitely 5 stars !!!

Horrible service! The manager in the front was very rude and unprofessional. The first time we went there, there was a long line and she just walked back and forth and didn’t do anything to try to get the line moving. When she finally decided to do something useful and greet the customers she just completely ignored us. Unreal! The next time we came she was doing something and when we came up to the register she mumbled “it’s those people” I can’t believe someone can be that rude.

Very friendly staff... never had any issue interacting with them and getting things done. The only problem though is the branch needs more staff. Sometimes the queue is longer and hence the wait.

The banker Rohan Menon was very unprofessional and lacked knowledge . The staff does not inform about what documents to get while booking appointments and then refuses service due to lack of proper documents. Also, I asked him a question regarding my account to which first he replied that ‘ yes it can be done’ and then 30 seconds later on reconfirmation of the same question he said ‘ No sorry, it cannot be done’ RIDICULOUS to say the least. The previous banker and or staff was a LOT BETTER. This guy hands has no clue what he is doing.

I am a Premier customer - this branch had excellent service in the morning - once I stopped at 4pm to deposit a check and for a cashier's check - only one teller open with no backup and a line of 5 people - manager sits in the office and notices the line only after 20 minutes. So in summary it took me 20 min to do a couple of simple transactions - maybe they are understaffed after 3pm? there is such a contrast between the excellent service in the morning and the poor after 3pm service.

Highly unprofessional. Rude. Wasted my time. Insulted my intelligence.

30 minutes to be issued a cashiers check because the teller couldn't clear checks over a certain amount and the management had to reset a password which added to the delay. It seems this place is always understaffed. If you're in a hurry or have a time sensitive matter I would choose another branch
