I needed to break a $100 on a Saturday before a flight and they did it no problem, not even a member there. Great customer service imo!

Don’t use this bank. They treat their loyal senior citizens like garbage. During a pandemic, this branch wouldn’t let my grandfather remove any money because his license was expired. Michigan is allowing until September for people to renew. In a fit of rage and uncertainty, he said he wanted to cancel his account. They said you can’t do that without a license. He left. They ended up cancelling is account without his authorization at this point. Now he has no access to his money. How could this bank do this to people? They were wrong in the first place. It’s disgusting.

Have not received any of promotion incentive monies, which is way overdue. Staff promised manager will return my calls. None yet. I’m a new customer to this bank but am appalled at their lack of customer service and professional ethics.

Banking can be a challenge but the staff at Chase do try to help and are always pleasant. Thanks.

Must have an appointment. Too many silly rules for notary.. Bring your own witnesses or the will turn you away.

I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment. I understand we are still in a level of pandemic protocol, but seriously! The woman I spoke with on phone today was not any help. All she said is nothing available. Last week I drove to another location and wasn’t even allowed in building.

Seem to be very prejudice, I tried to remove all my money from my account to close it, the manager told me she didn’t feel comfortable releasing all of MY money to me they’ll be willing to release it in increments. Wow smh glad this location is closing

The manager of this branch seems to be quite impressed with himself. Not a fan. One of a few banks I deal with. This one will fade in to the sunset.

They gave me the wrong promotion when I signed up, wont cash my check or take my money, just absolutely terrible customer service, glad I closed my accounts today, they can keep their falsly advertised promotions and I'll cash my checks at literally any other bank or credit union in town smh....
