Chase Bank Main St, Belpre

Can’t call them directly. Won’t answer the phone even when you are transferred to their branch after calling the main number online. Waited for 15 minutes after being transferred before an automated recording told me to call back later or call the main number again. Just have me running in circles I guess!

Locked my business account for 10 days. Refused to give me my money. Accused me of fraud. Then when other bank contacts them and they find out there is no fraud then they call me to say I'm banned from having an account with them because of the inconvenience this has caused. But strangely they said they will mail me a check in 2 weeks for my money . Why is this if its fraud like they said.. they are helpless and rude.

Extremely rude tellers. They threaten me and talk very rude to me and my family. They stole a 800$ check in august Refuses to tell me how t0 get my money. Now I have an attourney representing me.

The lady the takes care of the business acct part is very rude. Doesn't like to do her job. Told us we needed two forms of I.d. then argued with us saying we didn't have two forms of i.d.BC our debit card wasn't in yet. (My husband said the hell i dont. ) Glad she knew we had another bank acct that has been open for years and we had our debit card from that bank. She obviously didn't want to do her job. Which was only taking a signature. So she continued to tell us she would close our account BC my husband said " the hell I don't " when she said we didn't have two forms of I.d. So I contacted corporate. Next will be the BBB. I wouldn't do business with these people if they paid me to.

Rudest. Slowest bank that Chase has locally. Horrible customer service, unprofessional staff and huge wait times. Waited 30 minutes being the 2nd car. Car beside me had the same wait time.

I had a wonderful experience at Chase Bank in Belpre, Ohio. I had opened the wrong account type and was a little concerned and hesitant about going in and showing my mistake. Much to my surprise, I was greeted at the door very kindly, where I explained my situation and was directed to the sweetest teller named Faith! She was not just helpful in correcting my error but she even went to the extreme of making excuses for my mistake and said it could happen to anybody! What a great bank because of these kind of people. Thank you for your humble service!

ATM seldom works. I called to inquire if they had an ETA on the atm being accessible again and my phone call was ignored. I sat in the window for 5 minutes or so trying to get through on the phone and it just kept ringing. I saw workers inside ignoring my call. Proceeded to call again over the next 15 minutes and still haven't got an answer. By far the most irritating visit I have had yet. I am looking for another bank.

Slow doesn't even begin to explain this place. Rude and not helpful at all. I would never bank with this branch if you paid me to. My mom has an account there and I take her payment there monthly, and have done this for 6 years, each time she acts like I'm committing a crime by inconveniencing her. When my mom's loan is paid I will never step in that place again. Rude and slow is their motto.

IDK why people give such a bad review. I love this place! In my opinion the tellers dnt get enough credit! Everytime I go in people NEVER have their transactions ready and make the tellers not only fill everything out but also expect them to guess what the customer wants! Everyone gives their own version so whatever. To Amanda and Tammy thank you for running around getting things done with a smile on your face! I'm ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE YOU LADIES!!!

Being open on Saturdays would be very helpful to people, at least the drive thru.
