Nobody here has any idea whats going on with their own business. "Just call customer service, we don't know anything" is the perpetual answer. I dont recommend doing any business with CHASE.

Totally my 5 stars, the competitive A-1 staff, always willing to help and serve you in any way they can, Jenny, and Frank, I believe they were moved by COVID. But the bank and its staff very professional.

Wow, it's busy lunchtime and there are only two Tellers working here. Long line. I know banks want to train customers to use self-service ATM more to cut cost but this is ridiculous. Other Chase branches are better staffed. I'll try the BoA next time to see if they are better. BoA is next to Chase.

They are very friendly and helpful in this branch! Usually not too busy, although the parking lot is a little small. Very close and convenient!!
