Chase Bank N Larrabee St, Chicago

This is a very nice branch and a helpful staff. They have a notary service and the awesome ATM machines that dispense 5s, 20s and 100s.

Literally this is the only time I walked out of a chase bank smiling. I had the best experience with the manager. She was so sweet and knew like 4 different customers by name and had candy was SO FRIENDLY in the most real way possible.

I try to deposit a check and being told that there is no teller to take the checks,only ATMS at that location It makes you wonder how long it takes a banker to deposit a check for you

Waste of a location, they dont take deposit no more.

The branch manager here was extremely helpful. My wife and I just moved to Chicago and he helped set up accounts and transition to our new address. In addition to helping with banking, he gave us advice about places to eat and things to do in Chi-town. Superb customer service.

I work across the street from here, today I made a deposit after I finished work. I didn’t want to wait in the cold so I sat in a lobby chair to wait for my Uber. A employee walked out and keeps looking at me, then proceeded to make his way over and asks if I need anything. I explained I made my deposit and was waiting for my Uber. He nodded but continued to stand around watching me as if I’m sketchy ? I thought that maybe I was over thinking it. I wasn’t dressed nice but I wasn’t dressed poorly either. So my Uber pulls up and I go outside to it and continue to look inside to see if my suspicions are correct and sure enough the minute I’m outside he goes back to his office and sits down (even though there are other people inside). Sorry I wasn’t dressed to par to be apart of this bank. I work with children so I wear clothes I don’t mind getting dirty. I’ve met many nice chase employees but honestly this made me never want to bank with them again. I just feel uncomfortable walking in now.

They don’t take deposits. What the hell !! Time to move to another bank
