Why is the ATM closed after 8pm? Also google maps shows open till midnight and it's 11:23 pm and it's closed . Leave it up to Chase to close an ATM for the night . The dumbest thing ever . I mean what's the point of having a card access only and still closing it for card holders. Dumbest thing ever..

Says the atm is 24 hrs online. I came at 9:30PM and it was locked. I get it’s off Sheridan but the atm lobby should be open

Upon entering, Rachel was at the door and offered to assist me with what I needed immediately. She super nice, very personable, and helpful! I was in and out in a few minutes and enjoyed chatting with Rachel. I wish more people in custom service were like her!

I walked into this bank with a mega bad attitude. I even began complaining when I entered as I saw no one in the building. But the two ladies who worked on afternoons on Wednesday made me do a 360! They gave me the best banking customer service ever. They helped me out, were super friendly, and went above and beyond. These two women had me smiling from end to end. I walked out laughing, they were so funny. Who are these people and can they be in charge? These are the staff you want to keep! I walked in to close my account, walked out a happy Chase customer. Wow. I am still in shock.

Every single time I’ve ever gone to use their atm (probably about 3 or 4 times now) it does not work. I don’t mean it says “error”, I mean it literally takes your card, won’t give it back, and then says “take your money” when nothing dispenses. I had to go online to check if they actually withdrew money, which they DID, but then added it back. What about the people who work Mon-Fri during business hours? Are we just not allowed to access our own cash? This has been over a course of few weeks so I just can’t believe that same, beat up, NONworking atm is still there. Multiple wasted trips and no cash access

I have had a terrible experience with almost every person I’ve encountered with Chase Bank, but I can say that Diego at this branch was so kind and helpful. Another branch double booked my appointment, but Diego managed to squeeze me in. Without Diego, I would have cancelled my account and credit card with Chase.

Super nice and helpful! I went in with a ton of old treasury bonds and they knew exactly what to do and sprung right into action, making a nuanced and tedious process look fast and easy. Chase was also the only bank I could find that would cash treasury bonds with no limit on the number or amount.

They charge $8 to cash a check issued from Chase Bank. Way to nickel and dime people. I was thinking about opening an account, but this is a warning sign to me about their practices. I would stay away.

Tellers don’t know what they doing. Constantly asking each other questions. Each time I go to this branch something is wrong. Inefficient tellers. They didn’t have $100 bills today. I love chase but by far this is the worse branch I ever visited. Never again.

Extremely friendly staff and a quick and easy experience. Everyone was knowledgeable about Chase Bank services and able to answer all my questions
