    Tried to walk in to close a couple accounts. Was told I needed to go home and come back first thing early morning. It was only 1:30pm at the time. She said the traffic was too high. There were only a few people in the bank. She did not tell me I could call and have them closed. I figured it out on my own and within 30 seconds both accounts were closed. Chase Bank is dealing with incompetence, poor service, and no staff

    Arrived at 3:30 on a Friday for a 2 page notary service. Was told it would be about a 10 minute wait from the manager as the person was still on lunch... waited 25 minutes then was told the teller line (patrons who came in after me) had grown too long and I needed to now wait an additional hour because teller patrons were more important.

    I did business with this Chase Location twice. Phenomenal Experience! To the n'th degree.I must have got there at the right time because I had maybe a few minutes of wait time but i wasnt in a rush. I will have to edit this when i remember the names of the above and beyond bankers (hope that's the correct title.) that helped and assisted me with something i had never dealt with and was a little scared to be dealing with. They really made me feel valued and that they genuinely put every effort into doing what they could for me and answering even my silliest questions. I was beyond happy and grateful for their solutions and time given. Never sounded bothered or rushed. Treated me like a human being and not just another cash flow method. The little things go a long way. I bring any and all business, worries, questions and lost chase cards to this location. Upon returning the found card was very transparent of where it was and making sure it was handled properly. I chose this branch that's a short scenic trip from other locations specifically because of those two wonderful people. Chase, I hope you truly value the good people at this branch and the work they consistantly do to give you the well known name you have.

    I had to wait for 30 mins just to deposit my check, and get some cash back. Funny thing is... This isnt the 1st time. Good thing about Chase is that they have multiple locations. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THE CEDAR HILL LOCATION. I've been to many other chase banks and never expreienced what the CEDAR HILL Location has done. And while i was waiting in line for 30 mins... I overheard another customer say she experienced the same issue last week. LOL... That right there says the Management doesnt know how to manage didly squat! So dont go to this location. They dont know what they are doing. Unless you think waiting 30 mins to deposit your check is normal.

    The branch is constantly under staffed and those that are here, though very nice, show little knowledge of the job. The tellers are barely out of high school and the personal bankers have no initiative; need you to spell out every little detail. I asked for an account summary (yes I could have printed it from home but I was already out on errands) and received a look as if I was retarded. "I don't know how to print that", she said. I'm big on service and it seems to be going down the drain in America.

    Tried to get added to my wife’s account this morning since I recently added my direct deposit to her account in order to join have a joint account. The website says walk-ins are welcome, but they turned us away and said we needed an appointment. Although there was nobody in there and they weren’t busy at all. Awful customer service. They turned away a guest without helping them and seemed as though they didn’t care whether we were helped or not. What if we decided to remove our money from Chase altogether and go with my bank instead? Wonder what the CEO would say.. It’s clear the people at this location have the wrong mindset when it comes to making their guests happy 🥴

    I come here pretty often to use the ATM and to handle anything I have an issue with in regards to my account. The employees inside are very friendly and every time I come in I am greeted and asked what I need assistance with. Then they will let you know where to go accordingly. I had no issue setting up a savings account and anytime I lose my debit card I can come right in and they make a new one for me on the spot. The customer service is great. The decor and atmosphere is great. This Chase location will continue to get business from me.

    I was greeted upon walking in at 5:23pm on a Thursday. Rae was wonderful. She told me there was one person ahead of me and it would be a few minutes. She was super friendly. It was all uphill from there. It is now 6:16 and I am STILL waiting. I see 6 banker desks and 1 banker...The greeting was great...maybe hire some folks? *update* just sat down with Dina. She was terrific. Super apologetic and very helpful. The people seem to be great, they just need more of them.

    It is so sad how unprofessional this bank is. The new account reps are horrible. The first time I went in and sighed up the guy acted like he didn't want me to have an account there. I only dealt with him once. I lefted for over a yr and half and came back(in good standing) and before I could give the lady in new accounts my information she acted the same way. She ran to any and everybody besides helping me, (and I was 1st still sitting in her office😞) then she lied and said that she was seeing these people be4 me, wen I watched all them just walk in the bank😑

    Slow service i have waited over a hour to see a banker I think they move slow on purpose then try to speed up when they relize its 6 and i want to go home. Your bankers are lazy. Anabel Ventura is really rude and she likes to claim she is the manager and is not.
