Chase Bank Liberty Ave, Hillside

Worst customer service, call multiple times to make an appointment with Magali Arias, asked multiple time everything that I need in order to open my sons bank account. I had to find someone to stayed with while I went to open the account and we i get there 10 min before my appointment. She told she is running a few minutes late, 40 minutes later she seems to find out i was missing documentation that they never mentioned over the phone. So disrespectful towards people time. Never again in that branch. Saying sorry don’t give time back

You cáll this bank and nobody picks up the phone. They do not known how to return calls. You want to withraw YOUR MONEY and they say you have to call in advanced but they do not answere the phone

The staff is lovely, that’s about it. There is no other reason for this branch to exist nothing ever works, all the ATMs are constantly down save yourself the wait and stress and head straight to Union.

One of the slowest Chase branches.....do not expect to get anything done if you are in a rush or within the first two hours of opening.They have one notary in the whole building so it’s always a 15-40min wait. I would recommend going to this branch if you are using the atm that usually out of order 25%of the time.

I've been banking with Chase for around twenty years. They have always met my needs - very friendly and helpful!

Branch can be somewhat busy on the weekends and might have to wait on line. There are two ATMs, however several times that I have been there, one of them was broken.

I’ve always had good service here, but I recently had an exceptional experience with a banker named Keyetta. I was having issues with my Chase Touch ID/Apple Pay settings. She went out of her way to make sure I got the issue resolved. She even came from behind the glass to help me resolve the issue directly from my phone, which in all my years I’ve never had happen before. Genuinely kind and dedicated. Excellent customer service and problem solving from this employee.

Horrible bank!!! The teller have no communication skills

The tellers are nice! but there is a lady that do not respect anyone! she will speak Spanish to talk down on people! + they will open late and do not care how people feels! They have removed all the good workers in Hillside location! And she will never mind her business! Stupid fool! When you work in her office is by the tellers! You will think you are in immigration with all the questions she will be asking you! And they take forever to help! One day me and my husband went there and they did not open until about 11:52am that day! We had to go to the one by stop and shop! They are nice over there! But the one in hillside they will be speaking Spanish to you to talk bad about you! Be careful of her! They need to train them all!

Everytime I got to this branch there is a line out the door and cars are lined up outside. It's about a 50/50 chance that the atm will be working so you have no choice other then to see a teller. When you finally do see a teller, who are understaffed, which should be no surprise, there so nasty if I had more time I would just close my account right there on the spot. To top it off while standing in line this time I noticed to managers outside just smoking cigarettes and having a personal conversation, you think they could hop behind the counter....... Also no one is buy the fake 5 start fake reviews you post........
