Chase Bank S Carrollton Ave, New Orleans

the woman I spoke to was so unprofessional -- apparently she was a manager. I had to wait until she finished flirting with someone on the phone for 3 minutes before she could get to me. Then, she put her phone down, put her head in her hands as if I was an infant child with colic she was babysitting -- remained in that position for about 10 seconds and then asked me how she could help me. Not a good start. This is the third time I've been in this bank THIS WEEK, disrupting my work day so yeah, I'm not exactly thrilled to talk to you either, ma'am but I can still act like an adult about it. This branch is a joke.

I would say that MOST of the people who work at this location are quite helpful and very friendly. Now, I do not personally bank with Chase but I have done business with those who do. This bank receives two stars for their stupid and inconvenient "policies" that make doing business with those who use this bank next to impossible. Time to update your policies, not everyone in New Orleans uses your awful bank.

You can always expect rudeness here. This Chase branch should change management or close. I think you should have a zero on the rating scale.

The drive thru was very slow the one time I went. I exited my car and went inside and was done before the car that was in front of me moved. But the staff was helpful and nice.

This Branch does a horrible job of keeping enough change in their vault. I have three business accounts with Chase and this location rarely has the amount of change necessary for me to conduct business transactions. I was told that they could only give me two rolls of each. How is two rolls of Quarters, Pennies, Nickles and Dimes supposed to be split between three restaurants?

We will never do business with Chase again. Wife stopped here to make change for our Aunt, who was home tending her dying husband. Tried to get change for (4) $100.00 bills and was told no, because my wife did not have an account, even though her Aunt and Uncle do. Explained the situation and was denied. NEVER will do business here again !

Staff and management acted as though it was a problem to give me an authenticated bank statement. Unbelievable

Everyone here is so friendly. Some of the bankers and tellers will learn your name too, which is really nice. There is a good, neighborhood feel.

So do they pay 3 people to walk around and not help customers or what? 30 mins waisted in this pos establishment.
