Chase Bank S Harlem Ave, Tinley Park

Wanted to go inside to withdraw and the door wouldn't work to let me in. I am not a person that really likes to go through drive-thru ATMs, because now the people in the world have really changed and you have to be extra careful when going to a drive-through ATM. Please be safe!!

Never been treated so poorly at a Chase till I started coming to this one. Today was the last dealing with them till I return to cancel all my of accounts with Chase. I deposit a pay check every 2 weeks from the same bank/company for the last 11 years. Just recently they started putting a hold on my check for 10 days. I ask them why, rudely told to call a number they will explain it to me. I called, they said they're updating their system and it won't happen again. Well that was 3-4 paychecks ago, now same thing again? Again rudely treated by the staff when I told them the number basically is worthless and asked why is this happening... They couldn't answer and 3 of the tellers and a manager(I believe) all said bye have a great day(in near synchrony), like it was rehearsed to sound more pompous. I left today knowing I am finally done with Chase, I will be moving all my accounts, including retirement, checking, savings(was in the process of getting a mortgage with them too thank god I didn't). I'm mid 30's I don't look it but that doesn't mean to treat me like a child with sarcastic attitudes and glaring eyes because you don't want to do your job. HAVE A GREAT DAY...

Wow been sitting here 20 minutes so far in the drive through to deposit a check. Never coming here again and they are closing branches everywhere. I just opened another account at a different bank. Think I will use them from now on and cancel chase. Getting real bad.

The service is fast, friendly. Multiple Atm's for quick cash,deposits. The drive- thru can get backed up on Fridays but if you go inside the bank, you're good to go in about 5 mins.

I’ve visited this location 3 times. Each visit I was treated unprofessionally. My last transaction was check ordering inside the bank...just opened the checks.. no surprise...not what I ordered and the check numbering is wrong,

The bank teller named Priscilla is very unprofessional and needs to take some customer service classes. My husband came to this location to pay our property taxes on one of our properties. She put in the wrong property tax number and when he went back in to bring it to her attention she acted like it was cool and made a joke about it. That isn’t funny nor is it a joking matter. Never once apologized for her mistake instead lied and said she scanned it wrong, No lady you put it in wrong. On top of that you had to put the money through the counting machine 3, then said you owe him 2 dollars. How can that be when he gave you exact change. Maybe you just need to go back to retaining altogether. I am not trying to be mean but you started it by not apologizing and acting like this was a joking matter. Then once my husband turned his back to leave they thought it was funny. If it would have posted to the wrong account you guys would have a big problem on your hands. So I will be going to corporate about how unprofessional these workers are. If you don’t like your job you can always find other.

I have had nothing but problems here when trying to take cash out. 1-ATM gave me wrong amount of my withdrawls 2- I deposited 2 $10 checks and human error put them in as $1000 checks. So not only did it inconvenience me but also the people who wrote the checks. 3. ATM couldn't give money so I went inside to do it. But the ATM still deducted it on top of when I went inside to withdraw I was deducted again. When I complained about the atm I was told I had to call and make a dispute. We are talking $800 here. Not a small amount. So now I have to wait for my $800 that's still sitting in the ATM.

Bad customer service, the staff are not friendly and most of them lazzy , I was there this am to pay properly tax and no greeting from front customers service and you can only pay 10 taxes??? They so lazy and changed the rules only for this location, I told him not process amd took to Orland park location and paid all in of them and no questions asked and gave me the best customer service, I am an exiting chase customer, char Ned to close TINLEY park location, bad service

Worst coustmers service ever. All the bankers go on lunch at the same time. They keep you waiting without asking about what you need. If I can do half star I would 7/26/21

Great staff inside, but it’s a given that every time I actually need cash, (not a big cash person) the drive atm is out of order. This is the 4th time within the last two months. Getting tired of it.
