Chase Bank Ramona Blvd, Baldwin Park

I was thinking about getting an account with Chase Bank but after visiting this place not sure I want to let them hold my money

Set up an appointment to open an account but had to answer several questions. Some of the questions I did not have answers to so they couldn’t help me open an account. These questions were not asked the day before and it was the same type of account. Very inconvenient. Made me feel like he did not want to help me open an account and instead wasted my time. If you’re going to ask people a list of questions, at least give them a list of the questions you are going to ask beforehand so that the guests are prepared and so that the trip to chase isn’t a complete waste of time. Ridiculous

I came in today for card activate cuz I can not activate on my phone and Candelario Bermudez, from Baldwin Park, CA saw me and offer help right away. He did quick and easy with great service for me. Thank you very much.

Terrible service rude tellers and no leadership. Every time I come here i plan on being here no less than 45 minutes. The bank is ALWAYS crowded but there is never more than 2 tellers. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS UNLESS THIS IS YOUR LAST RESORT. EVEN THEN YOUR BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worst customer service ever, this branch use to be really good, now they did some changes. They eliminated 6 cashier windows and only left 3, there's long lines and when you want to see a bank specialist it takes a minimum of 30 minutes, it is ridiculous!

I had always loved coming to this bank because the bankers were always nice until one day my mother made a large cash deposit in their atms and the atm jammed. My mother tried to tell a banker who was there and she was no help just told her to call a number and that there was just an error in the machine . This lady didn’t give her her name didn’t do anything to reassure her or offer any assistance whatsoever.We tried to talk to their management and they pretty much told us to handle it ourselves with their customer service phone number. After 3 hours on the phone they assured us they would investigate. Now weeks later They tell her she only made a deposit of 570 dollars when she only used 100s. My mother has been with this bank since they were Washington Mutual ,she is an honest lady all she wanted to do was pay her property tax and these people did nothing to help her.

I have an account with chase never had a problem until now... try to open an account for my own mother and requested 4 forms of identification... never happen to me when I open my own account... apparently this is only branch that has this problem.

Poor customer experience with this particular branch. Worst cashier/ teller I have ever dealt with in a bank. I have been a customer of chase bank for a long time and this is the first location where I saw such rude, inexperienced tellers. Never again.

First time using this brach and i am dissatisfied with the service provided.my wife and I have been a customer of Chase for over 5 years. Today, my wife tried opening a new checkin account under her name only and she was taken for a ride just becuse she was born in El Salvador. Now, she is in my current acct, she is a legal US resident, she provided her CA ID, SSC # , and Passport. And she was threated disrespectful and discriminated just because of her birthplace of origen. Candelario, the banker, kept saying that because she was from el salvador, she needs to provide Driver license#, ssc#, pastport, and green card. After speaking with the GM the acct was opened but i still felt unhappy the way we were threated in this brach.

I arrived there around 5:40pm. I was seen about 5:50pm. The representative said she could not help me because I arrived too late. Looks like it's time to switch banks.
