Ozzy Yesinnar assisted my significant other and I last week because we were opening a joint account. We were on a time crunch due to my boyfriends lunch break and Ozzy was very considerate of that and got us in and out in under 30 minutes. I had my own personal, existing checkings and savings accounts that were college accounts and when you have a college account through Chase, the monthly fees are waived on those accounts. I had set my graduation date for college to be 2020, but my graduation date got pushed back to 2022 due to circumstances, so Ozzy suggested I close my existing accounts and open new ones with the new graduation date so that I wouldn’t have to start paying the monthly fees on my accounts this year. This was very helpful considering I’m still on a budget as a college student. He also linked my current debit card to my new checking account I was opening so I didn’t have to wait for a new one in the mail which was super convenient! A few days after I had met with Ozzy, I was having issues on my end with my old accounts not closing and when I contacted Ozzy, he took care of it right away and followed up with me via email and a phone call when they were officially closed. If you are ever going to this Chase location, definitely ask for Ozzy!

My sister and I needed a notary and the lady that took care of us was very kind and helpful, despite how busy the branch was and how many people were asking her for help.

I have banked with Chase for a long time and this location makes me glad Chase offers atm and mobile check deposit. I have been here a couple of times at this location and each time I wish I could get my 15 minutes back.

Awful customer service from Tellers and Managers. Would recommend any other bank over Chase.

Bad experience. Chase did not care about the issue I was having with their service, and provided me no help.

DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE BANK! I opened a checking and a savings account on September 2nd and deposited money into both accounts. I also gave my employer the information to deposit my paycheck into these accounts. I have not even received the debit card for this account and they have already locked my account for “suspicious activity”. I will now have to wait for them to mail me a check for the money I deposited plus I will now have to wait for my paycheck to be mailed to me as well. When I asked what kind of suspicious activity happened that caused this, they couldn’t tell me. This company is a joke. This is the second time they’ve done this to me.

Terrible customer service by the very rude and unprofessional Branch Manager. I have a business account and a personal account and was contemplating on switching banks because of the experience. It is very sad that he is supposedly a leader of the branch and his customer service skills are below the minimum. Would not recommend the branch.

Always greeted when walking in the door. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even the waits to sit down with a banker are short lived.

Ozzy Braf and the entire team are amazing. Great at helping navigate complex issues. Keep it up!
