Horrible service. Bank Account closed because of Chase. I was given so much trouble in the span of a month for trying to cash a check. Their team had locked me out of my account because they had to review my check and had me calling back and forth trying to get things settled. They told me not to worry and after 10 days my account was closed due to the check not getting cleared. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just use my account as they tried clearing the check. I guess they call it Chase because of how they send you on a goose chase.

Horrible service. After waiting for 30 minutes, a lady finally told me that it is another 15-20 minutes before one of the two bankers they have would be able to see me. I had to walk out. Canceling my credit card and going with something better. I was just there to ask for an increase in my limit which is stuck at 1500. I have my card for at least 10 years.

Clean interior, drive through ATM line rarely more than one car deep, walk-up ATM never more than two people deep. People sometimes forget there are two more ATM machines inside. They are good about making additional tellers available when the line inside gets long.

Bank is always closed Bank ATM is always broken Only 1 within 20 miles

I can not either confirm or deny if I have any opinion or feelings about this place I would suggest that they contact me at my home address on file in person to correct this post for accuracy and for transparency concerns

Nice Tellers, But account opening is never available and appointments can take up to a month. Fresno has appointments with in Days.

Been waiting for a long time to speak to an assistant. A couple came in way later, the assistant then went to them and asked if they had an appointment at 1130, In Spanish they said no they came another day, helped them instead of me, and I told her I was there before and she LIED saying they had an appointment at 1130. The couple was kind enough to let me go ahead but I was too upset and angry I told them it's ok go instead and I left. Never coming here again.

Always quick service from employees who are very personable as well as professional. Coffee in the morning and occasionally a bowl of candy. Two day foreign money exchange. Best service I have received from any bank in town.

Was told to wait an half of a hour for service when no customers were in there waiting. Poor customer service. Whatever you are doing is suppose to stop and course suppose to focus on the customer that's in front of you. Poor customer service.

Way to long of a wait..... They closed the only other location in town and still only have 2 windows open on a Friday afternoon!! Line is out the door right now! Get it together....
