Great locaction near Publix on Riverstone and 575. Viviana was wonderful and very helpful.

Chase is the absolute worst bank. They told me I needed to drive 2 hours since THEY don’t have a branch near me. Will never bank with them again.

I don't go into the branch often but when I do it is always a friendly experience!

I don't bank with chase but this location never seems to answer phones, and they act like you aren't good enough to be in there. Not to mention the constant ushering to open an account. I much prefer my community small feel bank that actually cares about customer relationships, rather than one that only wants their incentive each quarter for opening accounts.

Regardless what question you ask the local branch over the phone, they direct you to the online banking app or website. It’s as if they don’t understand or comprehend that customers call the branch to speak with and receive help from an actual person... I love this bank for everything EXCEPT customer service. This is very upsetting and discouraging.

Amazing branch. Friendly, easy to work with and professional. Been banking with them for over 6 years and wouldn't change. Great team.

Convenient location in Riverstone shopping plaza with ATM and Amazon locker in secure lobby, but Manager was downright rude

This Bank charges fees to cash checks even though the check issuer pays extra for their accounts to insure their customers don't pay the fees. They also don't tell you they charge a fee... They just do it. Very deceptive. The company I do work with is closing their chase account this quarter because of this. Chase Banks excuse? "The computer automatically does the charge, nothing we can do about it... We understand your frustrations and know that you shouldn't be charged but... If you'd like you can open an account with us you'll never be charged again". Hmmm... Sorry chase, you just lost 2 firms and a big underwriter. Bye!

NO DRIVE THROUGH!!!! Terribly inconvenient to have to get out of car and go in. Manager not customer service oriented or friendly. Went to the woodstock location and they were so much nicer and more accommodating.

A client had an issue with a wire transfer. Keon Ghaffar-Jabbari was able to resolve the issue quickly and was able to answer all of her questions. Excellent customer service!
