    Scumbag bank. 12 year good standing customer got credit card canceled without notice. They said it is due to a periodic review of customer accounts and usage. Since I pay off my balance every month, they don’t make money off me. AVOID CHASE!!!

    Do yourself a favor avoid this branch at all cost, management don’t hold any of their employees accountable when attempting to get anything done. I’ve been with chase 2009, just moved to Las Vegas and the level of professionalism is nonexistent at this branch. Attempted to open a business account and it took over a month for them to get it open. They request paperwork from you and never open their emails. Do they not know that what email tracking is? The communication between employees is horrendous from branch manger to reps and agents. Should’ve trusted the reviews on here and stayed as far away from this branch as possible. No sense of professionalism, if you want to experience horrible customer service make your way to this brand.

    I love that most of the tellers know me by my name before I get to the counter. Even in just passing a teller at the grocery store they say hi. That means more to me as a business owner due to the fact I remember the names of my customers and the names of all most all of the employees at the Smith's next to my chase branch I go to

    Been a chase account holder for over 10 years. The service from the bankers is awful. The tellers are always nice. Went in today as I found out I had to make a couple of changes to my account. I sat down to wait for a banker. I only saw one and he was with a client. He walked out to get something, never greated me or told the other banker I was there. I went in a couple of weeks back and was told no one could help me that day.

    Sandra is the most amazing banker. She is always making sure I’m updated with what is going on with my accounts. Whenever I need something she is just a phone call away.

    I will say Chase has given me the run around and am very unhappy with them. I give 3 stars because Brie made me a priority to fix the problem the best she could. Unhappy with Chase, happy with Brie. Thank-you

    Reducing my review after numerous after hours call center staff being the rudest and least accommodating phone personnel ever. They are happy for me to cancel my account so I shall oblige. No after hours ability to increase srm withdraw, management unable to step in, most likely due to other complaints, I could be paying 25 to 75 a month in account fees but cannot get an ATM withdraw increase request to save my life and I'm a high end customer, I feel sorry for those without 250k in deposits. The Chinese banks give a better concession, prove me wrong Chase, money on you don't.

    I've been a Chase Customer for a number of years and I every time I ask myself "is it time to look at a new bank?", I end up needing individual attention for something. I have to personally mention Crystal, one this branches Employees. Keep hiring people like this and Chase will never lose Customers.     I order Euro from this bank , I paid for already I did 2 transactions one for large one for small Bill gest what they give me just big Bill and they say it is not our fault ( it is what it is ) Today my experience with this branch was awful No wander they have bad star from they customers

    I had a great experience at this branch today. I wish I had the names of the people I dealt with to give them kudos. Went in to wire money and was helped right away and the customer service was excellent.
