Chase Bank Spruce St, Winnetka

I live half a mile from this drive-up/walk-up branch and I make it a point of walking there every few weeks with my dog. There is a small lobby behind the drive-up lanes where you can get simple deposits/withdrawals/account inquiries done. The lady that’s usually there is super friendly and the man who subs for her is equally pleasant. All business is conducted through a window with a slot so the teller is safe in there. They keep a drawer of dog treats by the window and so my dog likes those visits too. The lobby has AC and heat, so very nice to step in on a walk on a hot or cold day. :)

The Chase Bank in Winnetka is not picking up the phone. The Chase call center says you need to call the branch to set up a time to access safe deposit box, but it is not possible to reach the branch. This is not right. Tried calling at least ten times.
