Chase Bank W 83rd St, Chicago

This has to be one of the worst Chase branches i have ever experienced. The tellers are unfriendly and unprofessional to say the lest. To add insult to injury and the final straw , i recently had a deposit that came up $100 short and when the management checked , the bank had come up $40 short. . dont think i'll be doing business there

I received a call during April at the height of COVID-19. The question was... "how are you doing?". I was stunned, and proud all at once. To have such customer service in my "own back yard" as a community had a real impact. I was devastated when they destroyed Chase during the vandalism. I prayed they would not abandon our community over the horrible decisions of "thieving fools." Who does that? Who destroys our own resources. Now we are all boarded up: BOA, Dollar Tree, Home Depot, and Food for Less was closed for a short while. Some stores shall not return - that breaks my heart- yet I cannot blame them. Walmart was annihilated- so I will be pleasantly shocked if they returned. As of today they are still closed. Yet, Chase is still here. I appreciate their committment to our community- in good times- and bad. YES --- CHASE--- I will keep on "riding" with you- as long as you can keep riding with me. I will quietly close out my BOA accounts. Not in anger but with regret. BOA could have taken a note from your (Chase) book... Hold on to our community - even when it is really really difficult. Yet they did not. As such, CHASE... I will remain. I will keep my business, personal, family, and savings with CHASE. 83rd Steward location is my Chase Home base. I look forward to seeing their warm smiles, and soothing familial words of encouragement. I am coming home-- plus I have 2 safe deposit boxes that I have to drop things in. 😁😉😁

The employees at this location are extremely helpful. They are quick, which I value in a bank because, quite frankly, who wants to sit in the bank all day long? The lines move fast, there generally aren't any in the lobby, but the drive thru can get a little contested, being that this location is close to the expressway.

Always a issue with the ATM machines, definitely try to avoid on Friday’s and Saturday unless you just have time to kill never really had to go inside so I can’t talk about how the customer service is

They only have 1 ATM available during off hours unless you go in the drive thru. There is always a long line every time I go to the ATM. IF I use any non Chase ATM, I will have to pay the ATM fee with additional $2 fee. It's ridiculous.

Had a very terrible experience out of the 10 years of being a member at this bank. Will not continue being a Chase member. They froze my account and check and I the staff here are extremely rude and ignorant. Will be banking with 5/3 bank as they do not have any membership fees which can really add up which are $12.90 a month. Chase bank institution the a fraud and are crooked and the staff there are just as worst. I wish no stars given is a option because this branch certainly dont deserve any.

Very professional staff. very humble. Always peoples friendly. been in business since 25 years and this is the best branch of chase. Manager is very sweet and caring. She goes above and beyond her work. Her leadership does reflect the attitude of other employees. Our company Best Value Distributors appreciate all you do for us.

Personal banker Jermaine was helpful, as was the teller however the "lead teller" Edward has a rude demeanor until Chase support was on my phone. Support from chase is horrible I cancelled simply because it's too many banks to deal with arrogant workers.

The bank is okay if you need a drive-up ATM non Rush Hour but the lobby is not consistently open with banking hours and their customer service is hit or miss

By far the worst chase that you could ever visit. ATM machines always empty employees are rude.
