Chase Bank Main St, Ramona

I had no issues while I had an active account. But once I closed my checking account, I was no longer able to access my own transactions records. All online help was so unhelpful, even calling in they weren't able to help me. So make sure you download your statements before closing since they refuse you access to them afterwards.

Thank you Nidia for your excellent service! Nidia was polite, informative and empathetic to my concerns. She even took the time to go above and beyond with helping me set up my unemployment banking info leaving me feeling relieved and validated. I appreciate her thoughtful assistance.

I have banked with Chase for over 15 years probably closer to 20. I went to withdraw money from the ATM and was told I have a 500 limit. I have over 2800 in my accounts, so I call, get sent to fraud section and was told there is no way they would increase my limit to 2000 or anything over 500 from atm. I have a friend that needs 2000 today for mortgage payment so I asked how do i get my funds. I was told go to the branch. Only branch open close to my home is over 1 hour away. Do you know there is a Stay in Place Order in California. This may be the worst banking service ever. So I did go to the only open bank and was made to go through the drive thru. I did and closed my accounts with Chase Bank. Shame On You for such awful customer service in this great time of need.

I give you zero because you close when people need their bank. Two you dump your job on other businesses around you who are now inundated with check cashing mo ey orders and change because you can’t serve your customers we drown while serving the public during this time.. I’m honestly think I’ll be closing all three of my chase accounts because of your laziness. I’m doing your job in top of my own on a mask sweating all day. Stand up and have integrity

If I could I'd give 7-stars. The Branch Manager Martha Gomez Walton and Private Client Banker Carye Dunker are absolutely the best. Not only did they resolve the problem we had with our account, but went way over the top in service to make it happen. Absolutely the best service and empathy towards their customers needs. Staff are wonderful but I have some personal papers in my safety deposit box and bank has been shut down when other business can be open. I would have been better off bury my paperwork in ground. Very disappointed in chase may change banks I definitely want my paper work from safety deposit box

The customer service was excellent even though this is not our home branch. Our banker, Nidia, was phenomenal. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and exceptionally patient as she helped us handle our pressing banking issues. Thank you Nidia!

Although Chase is a huge bank, I appreciate the home-town service I receive there. The new manager, Martha, and all the bankers there really make us feel welcome and valued.

This is the bank I bank with always friendly and helpful. Recomend to anyone.
