Chase Bank S Heincke Rd, Miamisburg

Will need drivers license to deposit cash. Unbelievable. Came home from work, unloaded my pockets like I always do. Realized I forgot to go to the bank. Went to deposit cash, with the deposit slip out of my checkbook (not a hand written one) a d the would not let me make the deposit. Had to drive all the way back home to get my license. I have 7 different accounts with Chase including business accounts and a mortgage. Absolutely horrible customer service policy. The teller was nice.

Called 4 times throughout the day until someone picked up the phone. Needed to know if i needed to make an appointment to withdraw a large amount of cash. They told me to just come in but they couldn't give me all the cash i was requesting. They said they only get a cash delivery once a week and dint want to run out of money??? Asked what my limit was and it took them transferring me and beating around the bush to tell me an amount (less than 1/2 of what i needed). I go in and the teller confirms the amount verbally of my withdrawal to the point of people in line hearing. She then plops down the cash on the counter. She asked if i needed her to count it? At this point i felt like the security of me and my money were at risk so i just wanted to get out of the bank as i felt uncomfortable and said no. I did have to ask her for an envelope to at least put the cash in to leave. Not a pleasant experience... The next day i had to go to the Sugarcreek Chase to finish my business. There i was treated in a professional way. They gave me the cash i requested without an issue, they took me into a private office to count the cash, they put it in an envelope and had a smile on there face through the whole process. I walked out of that bank feeling safe and good about my experience. Thank you Ms. May at Chase Sugarcreek for being a professional!

I tried to get a check cashed for 269.00 and had 246.00 In my checking account they did not want to cash the check and give me all of the 269. Really that trouble. Had an account their since 2011. I took my check to Huntington bank only had $40 in my account and they cashed the check and give me all of the 269. Chase is trouble and Huntington bank is the best

They don’t answer calls. They say you need appointments. Made 3 attempts to this bank but couldn’t get things done. Decided to close my account. Worst bank and worst branch

This place was very helpful when I needed to actually work with some humans. I usually only use the ATM outside via my car, but when my wife and I got married and moved, they were very helpful with getting her name on the accounts and some other paperwork we needed for the sale and purchase of our homes. Never had any problems despite being a big bank chain.

Two days before vacation I found that my Chase Freedom credit card was nonfunctional due to Chase reissuing all their cards. Fortunately my vacation wasn't cancelled since I had sufficient cash on hand. Upon my return, while making my monthly payment at the branch office, I spoke with the Branch Manager onsite on Sept. 9 to have the replacement card sent as a 2-day shipment from UPS (arriving in a plain, white envelope, etc. as I was informed). On Sept. 15 I called to inquire what the delay was when I was informed that the Branch Manager never submitted the card replacement request to the "credit card department". I am now told that the card will arrive in two days (which is what I was told on Sept. 9) on Sept. 17. One star was awarded due to unreliability of the credit line and incompetence and lack of communication with the "credit card department" in promptly reissuing the credit card. I regret my patience in waiting for the replacement card. Normally I would have returned to the Miamisburg branch as soon as it didn't arrive when it was originally supposed to to provide the necessary additional motivation but my patience was not rewarded considering the Branch Manager never contacted the "credit card department" in the first place. I would advise immediate followup with Chase if something is to be done by a deadline. Waiting for an item or information to be "in the mail" is simply additional delay in the resolution of the issue at hand.

Friendly people. Usually no wait at the counter. Only bad part about this branch, is how narrow their drive-up isles are. There are visible marks of multiple vehicles hitting walls and poles, to get to their ATM.

Very nice, helpful people work there.
