Chase Bank Thomas Rd, West Monroe

Absolute horrible customer service. Dealt with Kawana and she had zero empathy skills or even tried to help my mother who is a recent widow. Would never go there again. If it wasn’t for Lorri at the Monroe Branch we would have pulled the account all together.

I mainly use the drive up atm. There are 3 machines and very little wait time. Note that yoy have to watch for traffic due to no turning lane or lights.

Chase is bad overall, they would charge my employees to cash their check there when my business account WAS there.. Now they can't even open one location in the snow storm, when all the other banks are open. Terrible, just terrible...

I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. My wife opened account with them and provided all identification proofs like passport leasing document and out of state DL. The banker Morgan opened the account but gave a tough time later requesting again the same set of documents. The Bank Managers should have enough basic knowledge about how they can help customers and not giving tough time or being irresponsible. Never saw this type of issues with any other bank/branch so far. Neither me or my wife had luxury of going to bank again and spending time at the bank. Tried to do email communication and there were very poor responses. Finally, they closed the bank account without formal email or call or text or mail. This is disrespectful. My wife submitted the bank details and other forms to the organization where she works. Now the bank guys have closed the account without communication. I am afraid again I need to follow up with irresponsible bank/branch like them. Be cautious when you open your bank and make sure they don’t close your account post opening yours. I would atleast alert my team of 30 guys about this incident and caution them so they doesn’t get fall into these type of issues. Good luck!

I drive a dually truck and they don't have a regular drive through that my truck will fit in, buy they have 2 ATM's that I could fit in. But l DO NOT want a stupid Debit Card. I wanted to cash a check and had to check out of my truck and walk out to one of the regular drive throughs. This is STUPID........

This is literally the worst bank in the world. They refused to accept a cash deposit in another person account because I don’t have an account with them myself. What US based Bank does not accept US Dollars? Well that would be Chase Bank. I recommend anyone using this Bank that you should pull your money out now, because apparently US Dollars are worthless to them.

I went here today to make a withdraw and the cashier told me i could not make the withdraw without two identifications.i like what, who does that.i had a accout for years. So because im not a ruled female.i went where i always go.bad service!!!😞

Hey you guys remember that service that we provided where we printed cards out at the bank? You know the one that was super convenient? Yea we don't do that anymore. ..why?
