Really enjoy this bank! People are always friendly and helpful! Have spoken with Bruno who was awesome and also Melissa or was it Michelle who was also great, very happy and upbeat! Thank-you for your positive attitudes!😊👍

Awful treatment,they are full of excuses. Couldn't help my husband to reset his pin in his debit card.thet told us we needed an appointment. Went to chase in Newton we were in and out in less then 10 minutes with out app. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Not sure why this branch has such a low rating. Every time I visit, everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Rude and clearly doesn’t want to help people who walk in. I felt like I was bothering them and it was very uncomfortable. Chase needs to revamp a lot of branches in this area.

Went there to cash a personal check as I’m an electrical contractor from a client . The manager very aggressively tried to get me to open an account with them I respectfully declined and she had an attitude didn’t end up cashing my check and I said you know I can go to another branch and she said I hope they don’t Cash it there either . I went to the other location and they did cash the check . I felt racial tension coming in but I still tried . Do not go there . Extreme Rude people this must stop.

No notary at this Branch, as well as no customer service. I have to try and make a deposit while the "teller" stands there and watches me do her job. Of course the "machine" doesn't want to take the deposit as its a cash business deposit, so I sat in my car waiting for them to open, to have no services what so ever. Todays customer wants customer service at its fullest, and there is none at this branch. They need to close this branch down or change the staff . Its really really bad here as far as any form of customer service. If the humans at the branch just want customers to use a machine, then why even staff it at all. They hold no form of regular business hours, close during the weekday even though the door shows the hours they are supposed to be open, its really so bad here that I told the teller" I really need to look elsewhere for my personal and business banking. That seemed fine with her, so today thats on the agenda. In todays climate where service is a priority for businesses, and we all strive to meet and exceed customers expectations, this branch falls far below any bank I've visited. PLEASE CHASE< GET SOME NEW STAFF AT BYRAM BRANCH for everyone sake.

Every time I visit this location everyone is extremely helpful. From the tellers right up to the branch manager. They are polite and courteous. Always professionals! And very insightful as well. Much of their advice has come to benefit me overtime. I highly recommend this location!

Chase Bank is a miserable company. This is why I don't not bank with you all. Liz Sehulster treated me horribly when I was there.

Worst customer service EVER! It's nice to be greeted when you walk in.. but there is no teller waiting.. I had to wait for the greeter to get a teller. Sparta branch is always on point. Huge waste of my time.

Don't really like this Bank when you walk in there is only one teller behind the counter because there's only one counter and the other tellers just stand around and ask stupid questions instead of helping you it would make more sense for them to have a counter and put them behind the counter and moved to ATMs to another area don't come off as a full-service Bank
