Chase Bank Reviews

I love my bank (Chase). I've had a couple different times when someone has tried to purchase things through my account and Chase stopped it until they spoke to me. Everytime I've gotta problem I can go inside and I never have to wait but a couple minutes until someone comes to get me, and it's always because they're finishing up with someone else. I've went through several banks but never had the experience I've had with Chase.

From - BRYCE GREER. Branch Manager was overbearing with not one smile. He seemed as if I didn’t own my account. He should try to fill his roll as a banker, rather than a cop. Yea, fraud protection is in his job description, but he went a little too far, didn’t feel comfortable when I left. The teller, was friendly and very personable. I will not be making my cash deposits at that specific location.

I feel compelled to write this review based on the outstanding customer service I have been blessed with by the awesome people who work there !! I have had some recent complications with my payroll check being deposited then voided over an accounting error which caused my account to be negative $1000.00. Pending charges were returned etc... Throughout this ordeal Kyle and Charlotte went out of their way to be genuinely concerned, helpful and encouraging, taking my calls, calling me by name at the branch asking if i was ok. Just super people !! If i lived far away I would still bank here it is a joy to be around good people in a business endeavour, it's rare nowadays. all I can say is THANK YOU !!! : )

They treat you like a friend and neighbor at this bank. The staff always has a smile on their faces. The bank manager Kyle is just the most helpful and knowledgeable person I know. You cannot beat their service.

This perticylar bank has assisted in the worst time of my life... My brother was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer and could not make it due to being in the hsptl ... I tried to send money for him... It's been 3 maybe 4 weeks now and my water has been shut off.. I have since had to let my son stay somewhere else... Not to add during this time iv had surgery and have no water still.... I could have cashed theese at Walmart.... Now been waiting for another 10 day period and his wife's gather has passed so when the check clears she will probably be out of state.. my brother in the hsptl and still here with no water.... It just seems like when people are going through the worst time of their lives tht you wouldn't make the matter harded than at another institution.....

I've bought plain tickets with less headache. First off I'm not going to bank somewhere that's going to charge me a number of random fees each month for not using my account enough or for not keeping a balance above X amount. And if you aren't an account holder but have a check drawn on Chase they will really piss you off. The change you something between $12-$20 to cash it, IF you have everything they need. They need photo ID, SSCard, proof of address. On top of the stupid policies they enforce, the employees attitudes completely changed when they see you don't have an account. I try to avoid using any service or ATM associated with them. I suggest any person thinking about using them take the time to weigh out ALL your options

*Beware, do NOT use the ATM at this location! Oct 20, 3:23am I attempted to make a cash withdrawal at the ATM at this location. The transaction complete, the machine made the cash counting sound right before money comes out... Nothing happens. Message reads on the screen, "we are currently unable to dispense cash". Weird. I instantly check my balance on the Chase Ap, money gone. Inconvenient, but no problem. Machines malfunction, no one at fault. I would return later that same morning. Here is where I have a problem. I was promptly greeted by XXXX at this very same location. I will not put the associates name, because I rather this be an opportunity for this person than humiliation. I explained what happened, and the first thing Associate X says is, "Did you call the ATM number?" That suggests to me, that I am bothering you. Also, if I did call the number, why the F would I be talking to you? He also adds that their machine has given them trouble in the past, and that this happened before. K. Then why not fix it??? Nevertheless, he so kindly calls the Chase ATM hotline, and explained the problem. Here is where X makes his/her final mistake. After the phone call ends, X tells me that my claim "will be credited within 12 hours, but usually it only takes 2 or 3 hours". You my friend, just over promised... and would ultimately under deliver. I leave, going out with my family for the day. Next day, I check my account. No credit. I call the "Customer Service" number on the back of my card. Service Rep says that a claim has been made, but there is no time table as to when my credit will go thru. Really??? Pretty irritated at this point, I choose not to deal with this until returning home two more days later. I arrive home, call the number again. Service Rep says once again that she sees a claim has been made, but there is not a credit on my account... Right. Nothing happens for two more days, until I visit a branch nearby home. This is now Oct. 26, six days later. I tell two different people in person my story for the fourth time And then Boom! Within 24 hours, I'm finally magically credited by someone who actually cared. Bottom line, mistakes happen... But listen, problem solve, under promise/over deliver, and follow up with your customer.
