Great bank I've never had any problems since I've started banking here, great staff especially Donny Gwinn he's always so nice and goes the extra mile to help his customers and is great at explaining everything you need to know about your accounts!

The service is friendly enough, but I swear it is so dumb that you guy's dont answer your phone, why do you even have one? Answer your phones! That is what they are there for, so your customers can get in contact with you and dont have to drive across town to ask a question that takes 45 seconds to answer!

It is very unfortunate that your bank has opted not to answer your phone but to encourage all customers to phone the Chase Call Center. No longer personal, local banking service. I would not open a new account with Chase. By the way, the call center transferred my call to your local branch phone number only to get the same automated response.
