Chase Bank Balfour Rd, Brentwood

Typical bank lobby, they seemend pretty busy during my visit, but still friendly looking to help!!! I even saw a dog inside the branch lol!!! The music in the lobby was pleasant and upbeat.

I love banking at Chase; however, the branch on Balfour Road in Brentwood recently added a machine and placed in near their tellers, They reduced the amount of tellers on staff to encourage customers to use the machine; however, most of us want the "teller" customer service. Since placing the machine in the branch, they have opted not to replace tellers who have left the branch which has now caused long lines which at times will span all the way to the exit door. They only have 1-2 tellers on staff during most hours. As I speak to my fellow customers, we are all very unhappy. Don't bank here unless you have lot's of time to spend in line. I've already left a message with the manager and have not heard back yet.

Older quite short lady with blonde shoulder length hair around 60 IDed me after the transaction. I'd used my debit card and my PIN which disqualifies the necessity to ID. I was absolutely racially profiled.

Jill was especially helpful, I was in a bind waiting on a deposited check to get processed, costumer service said that they couldn’t help but the problem ended up getting solved locally by her and I am very grateful. First bank in my life that I am actually happy with!!!

This branch is awesome! There is always someone to help you, no matter the problem. I’ve always walked out with my problems solved!

We switched business accounts to Chase. It is frustrating to call a branch and have no one answer. I prefer humans but Chase provides more of system-based business account. Generally not please with this bank. I'll give it a year before we switch.

Went in to cash some checks and it went very smoothly. I did not have an account with them and they were still able to help me get my money. Recommend the young, light-skinned lady with the curly blonde hair. She was not only friendly, but she even made me laugh and was definitely very pretty. Best customer service I've ever had at a bank! Wish I could say more

I went into the bank this morning to cash a personal check. There was only 1 teller at the window and I was #7 in line. This is the third time I have gone to this branch to try and cash my check and walked out the first two times because of the long line and only 1 teller on duty. I asked one of the bank employees what the problem was, why don't they have more tellers? I was told this will be normal procedure from now on. A few months ago my husband and I decided to transfer all our banking from Citibank to Chase, now we are questioning this decision. We currently have an investment account with Chase, plus a savings and checking account. If this is the way you will be doing business we will be shopping for a new bank.

Always great service, friendly and professional workers. Even when grumpy people complain and throw "tantrums" ( rolling eyes, grunting, etc) for having to wait their turn, they maintain professionalism. I like the secured area for after hours atm use.

Needed to talk to a Banker, Stood there for 10min and no one even acknowledged me even when I looked at them. Headed to bank of the west
