Chase Bank Paul Fortino Dr, Swartz Creek

Called and spoke to who I believe was the branch manager, Debra or Deborah. She was completely rude after I asked her a simple question. She said she couldn't answer my question and hung up on me after speaking for about 5 seconds. Chase is a well known institution and she did not represent their brand well at all.

I walked in and realized I had nothing on me not a single paper of ID so I began to walk out and a gentleman walked over asking he could help I told him my situation and what I needed and he was amazing he told me he was the branch manager and his name. Then he got me what I needed and I was out with in minutes. He was so kind and truly wanted to help. I couldn't thank him enough.

The employees here are really friendly. However, Chase as a company stinks

This location for chase is well run. I never feel anything but respect here. Louis is who I deal with often and he is awesome. Always helps me with things even complicated charge disputes and things of that nature. Had a mixup with my mortgage escrow and he got it sorted out within an hour. Had to call corporate and talk it through with them. Something that would have taken me a long time to do alone over the phone. Great branch with great staff.

This branch is cashless. And the staff is rude
