Chase Bank Kennedy Ave, Schererville

My account was wiped clean. I walked into the bank and was told there was nothing they could cause everyone was busy, even though there was 2 banks texting on their cell phones. I had to drive to St.john to get issued a new account. Will never return horrible customer service.

I opened an checking account over an year ago, and was told I had an balance from 2008 or 2009. They told me that they will waive it so I can open my account. (At the time I didn’t need an savings, because I had another bank) Now that I decided to use chase as my primary account. I wanted an savings with them. Now I’ve been told I have to pay the balance before moving forward with my savings. If I had opened it at the same time I wouldn’t have had to pay an balance. I thought once something is waived that it will be waived. Didn’t really like the outcome I’ll be looking for another bank.

I have been a customer at Chase for years, and never had any problems. However over the past few months I have had to handle a family issue, requiring multiple trips to Chase. Giovanni, the banker who has been assisting me through this process, has been tremendous to work with. He is professional, courteous, and each time we meet he remembers the details of my situation, and asks how things are going.

I've only had wonderful experiences with the Schererville lactation. Rich and James are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are very understanding of problems with the app I've had. I live in Hobart and will travel to this location if I have to go inside a bank for any reason.

Richie Mildaus is the best banker I have ever dealt with! He is always gives good advice on which accounts are best for us customers and he is willing to help any way he can to give us a good banking experience every visit. He's an asset to Chase Bank!

Terrible customer service. They don't obey appointments. Give same time two different customers or they are lying. They don't care. Totally disappointed.

Racist or they don't know what they are doing. Both ways are sad. Never expect to see such a thing in chase.
