Chase Bank W Grand River Rd, Okemos

Every time when I visit this branch,there is this lady who speaks poor English always seems lost and don’t know what she is doing, she has to be told by the other lady what to do all the time,it’s getting annoying when things like this keep happening, it’s unprofessional and making chase bank looks bad.

Experienced fraud with checking account. Froze account. Went in to Okemos branch to open new account which took an unprecedented hour. Banker told me I could continue to use my debit card until new checks arrived. Tried to use debit card and couldn't. Went back to bank and was told by the same personal banker that it was my fault because I was inserting the debit card too hard. He then told me again that I could use the card without issue. Tried again at Kroger to buy gas and card wouldn't work AGAIN. Called banker. He never called me bank. Called Chase and they solved it in three minutes. It was the Banker's fault! He didn't attach my debit card to my new account! Yet he had the audacity to infer it was my issue! He still hasn't returned my call! On the plus side, the customer service at Chase via telephone is EXCELLENT!

Today was another reminder why I will be moving banks once I’m done clsoing on my home. Since when do you need to make an appointment to talk to a banker, at your bank? Chase continues to prove that size of its company has diminished its ability to care for its customers

This is an excellent Chase branch. The employees are extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. During a recent visit, the team went out of their way to help me out with an especially tedious transaction.

Chase is a good bank. I believe I had a better experience at Flagstar, however, I ran into some issues with their customer service and I made the choice to leave their bank. I turned to Chase and have had a relatively good relationship with Chase. My only minor issue revolves around the fact that I feel like they should reward me as a great customer, mostly because I have my home mortgage, car loans, bank accounts, and 3 or 4 credit cards with them. Seems like they could afford to give me more than .25% discounts. In any case, as to the branch, I have always had quick lines and great service from everybody in the branch, save for Anita. Seems like she is the only one that doesn't care much for the customer service bit of her job.

I absolutely love Chase Bank! But a bank is nothing without Good People. I can honestly say: My Chase branch - In Okemos Michigan has the Most Professional, Considerate, Kindest and Nicest Representatives I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will never leave Chase Bank! Not Ever! Toni

I've unfortunately not a positive experience in the East Lansing/Okemos area Chase Banks as long as I've been a customer. No matter what you hope would happen in your transaction or customer service experience you are constantly disappointed.

I went to deposit money and my mother's Chase account cash mind you they stated I could not deposit money into anyone's account unless I open an account so that I tell everybody go to a credit union you want to help local stay with the credit union you want more for your money stay with the credit union
