Thank you Tim and the manager as well! You two did awesome in handling my business account, I appreciate it. They stayed on top of it more than I even expected, with excellent unexpected results. I'll definitely stay a loyal customer. Highly recommend this branch for businesses.

Marijoyce Keaton is absolutely fantastic and made a hard experience a bit easier. I've had a lot going on with my family with cancer, dementia, and placing a family member in an adult family home. I had to file a power of attorney (POA) with Chase Bank. Marijoyce walked me through the process and then took the time to just chat with me about what I'm going through. She could have just filed the POA and been done, but she took the time to show kindness and humanity. I never write reviews but felt I needed to after that experience. With her leadership I expect the rest of the team at this Chase branch are pretty awesome, too.

OMG, just to create a new account they take hour and a 30 minutes. I don't know how it takes that long. I promise you, choose a different branch not this one

Irrelevantly unprofessional.The person responsible for opening new accounts is a super chatty person who lacks attention to detail. We take out time from our work schedules to go open an account and instead of focusing on the account, they kept talking about irrelevant stuff. A month later, they call us back to say they forgot to take out signatures on one of the forms. Very unprofessional and time wasters.

The staff here was very friendly. they explained my banking options Without any chemicals or trying to sell me anything. They were more patient and friendly but not many of the other banks I have been to in the area.
